Great way of trying sake. You taste various options with very different tastes. Delicious bites on the side, which really enhance the flavour. We learned a lot!

Eric lead us through our 7 sake tasting. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and easy going. The pairing with snacks was great. Learning about the sake was enlightening.

Philllip and Aaron really know sake, and have a wonderful way of presenting to a group. They gave information about sake making and types of sake as we moved through tasting a range of sakes in 3 stages. Small food dishes paired with each stage. It could not have been more perfect. ❤️
