Highly recommend Roy M. and Elite tours. I booked a layover tour for my parents (75 & 74) transiting through Tokyo on their way to the US.
Roy M. treated my parents as if they were his own. He adjusted the tour to avoid much walking, showed them the key spots. Along the way he took pictures and sent them to me. On the way back, he helped my mom get a wheelchair back at the airport counter. Thank you, so much!

At the last minute I planned a solo excursion during a lengthy layover in Tokyo. I was assigned Kan as my guide and we chatted at length about my interests in the few days leading up to the event. Kan also helped address my random questions (like what do I do with my luggage?) and was thoughtful about showing me the highlights of daytime Tokyo.
Kan took the opportunity to foster my interests and encouraged me to try new things. It was so fun to explore the city through his eyes and see so much of Tokyo in such a short time.
The transit to and from the airport was seamless with fantastic and beautiful vehicles. Even though I was alone, I felt perfectly safe AND I feel like I made a new friend in the process. I absolutely would recommend this experience.

I highly recommend this tour! We had a 10 hour layover in Tokyo and wanted to see the highlights of Tokyo. Our guide, Roy, was amazing. He sent us a survey about a week before our arrival asking what we wanted to see. Our tour was exactly what we wanted to see and do. Roy did an amazing job as our guide! His car was also very nice and clean.

From booking to the end off the trip it was smooth sailing, no anxiety about… ‘is this going to work’, our guide Ray made it work effortlessly.
Roy collected us at a prearranged spot in the arrivals hall, on time, with a quick walk to his luxury SUV, he offered us cold drinks and then before getting underway we quickly discussed our itinerary, Roy offered further suggestions due to the heat (>36c and high humidity) which we gladly accepted, a good call on his behalf.
Roys English having lived in America was excellent and any fear of communication issues quickly abated. We had great chats on Japanese customs, traditions and its culture, no questions were left unanswered and being seasoned travellers there were plenty from us.
His laid back nothing is a problem attitude with a good sense of humour made spending 7 hours with him a joy. His recommendations of a places to eat also excellent and he ensured the restaurant were aware of our allergies which made lunch a very enjoyable affair.
The whole time with Roy he kept us up to date of the where, what, when and how we needed to do things and felt like we had an old friend guiding us around as he wasn’t fussing, just keeping an eye on things quietly in the background and guiding us when we needed it. A great introduction tour to one of the worlds Mega cities.
We will certainly being using his services when we go back to Tokyo in January 2025 and this time we will be asking him to curate a foodies tour of Tokyo.

The 6 hours we spent in Tokyo was a wonderful experience. Mr. Roy was our guide and was knowledgeable. He did not rush us and customized the trip for us. We eneded up covering more than planned and he spent .ore than 6 hours. He picked us up on time and there was never any confusion. He also helped us pick up food based on our dietary needs. Overall a great experience.

The Perfect Day. We travel often internationally and look for opportunities to maximize our time because we never know if we will be returning to that place again soon. We arrived back to Tokyo from a twelve day cruise disembarking at 8AM. Our flight was not departing until 6:30pm. We were looking for a guide that could pick us up and spend the day touring before dropping us off at the Haneda Airport. We also had luggage to keep with us all day. Well we found Roy and we could not have been happier with our decision. Roy responded immediately to all our pre-trip inquiries using perfect English and keeping in touch with us periodically until our tour date. It turns out Roy is Japanese but was schooled in the US making him bilingual. Big advantage when touring in Japan as we found out. Not only is Roy young, intelligent and articulate but he will pick you up in a new BMW SUV or equivalent and have waters eating for you. Roy asked us in advance what we had already toured on our trip so as not to duplicate and then sent us a suggested itinerary in advance. We cannot say enough nice things about this tour service. I had an 8-hour layover at Haneda and booked this private Tokyo tour to fill the time. The host/driver Roy was very friendly and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to ensure I had a great time and got to explore the parts of the city that I wanted to see. I would absolute book again.
