Itinerary

Meet at White Cloud Rafting Adventures in Stanley for this 4-hour rafting adventure along the Salmon River. There are three departure times offered throughout the day, but no matter which time you chose, please make sure to show up about 15 minutes before your departure time. At checkout you can also choose if you prefer to go on your adventure in a raft or a kayak.

Your guide takes you down to the river at the Elk Creek launch site, and gets you set up to go. Once you’re on the water, you immediately hit waves. Voyage on the class II and III rapids, as you take in sights of wildlife and learn about the area from your guide.

The last part of your ride finishes with the 3-quarter-mile stretch of class III rapids known as The Narrows. Go over the exiting rapids before making a pit stop at Jump Rock, where you can swim if you'd like to.

Afterward, your guide takes you back to where your day started — White Cloud Rafting Adventures.
