My experience for this guided audio tour is not negative MORE. In fact I couldn't use it. Arrived in Sintra I was more than an hour looking for the meeting place: I asked all the various shopkeepers on the street indicated as meeting point if they knew that address or the agency. NONE. I have activated a chat with the operator but have not received any indication on how to activate the paid tour. After more than an hour I gave up since no one answered me. I threw away 20 euros. And the My tour of Sintra, together with my friends, was not positive at all. I hope no one else gets cheated like me.
