We’re so thankful for the opportunity to share a day with Chef Marco. From beginning to end, his knowledge, hospitality and passion created one of the best cooking experiences we’ve had in Italy. His choice flexibility, explanations and options accommodated every participant. You not only learn about the food, have fun cooking, but also learn, understand and appreciate the Sicilian culture. We had the most wonderful experience with Chef Marco from the minute we met him at the Capo market. We shopped for our ingredients and prepared the most delicious Sicilian meal. He is a gem and a talented chef. We could not have asked for a more fabulous experience. Didn't want to leave.
