It was a very relaxing float down the Roanoke River. The gentleman that drove us was very kind and thorough in the instructions. We had a nice time.

The guy that informed us was very nice. The tubes were in great shape. Took a small cooler with us. Plenty of time to eat a sandwich if you pack one etc. The water was fairly low so it was a lot of getting up to get over rocks. But there were fairly long stretches of deeper water so you can relax.
We had a good time. I’d say be careful at the end, that last drop although not huge, it’s easy to flip over.

The water was low and my tube kept getting hung up on rocks. Even so, it was a pleasant time and I actually had the most fun falling out of my tube and into the river.

Very easy tubing, laughed a lot with my group, time to float and chat, saw many small turtles. I highly recommend it!

The adventure was as advertised and thoroughly enjoyable. Much of the float down the river was in calm, slow moving waters, but there were several small rapids where we had to maneuver around the rocks, but fortunately never had to get out of the tube. Getting out at the end was a bit challenging, but we helped each other (there were a total of four of us floating) and managed to get off the river and back to the store without mishap. Would definitely do it again!
