Not too many puffins to view as many...

Not too many puffins to view as many had already started migrating and the boat stayed quite a distance away from the islands where the puffins are located. There were only 2 binoculars for the group to share. It was a pleasant boat ride, but I would not recommend this trip in mid-August when many the puffins depart. I was visualizing a boat that went much closer and that it would be easier to see the puffins. They looked like they were very tiny in size from our vantage point. The guide was informative and lovely. Patricia Miller
