Deceiving: NOT reliable and would NOT RECOMMEND

Guide was almost 2 hours late. Even with a confirmation, Tour operator indicated there was a mix up because they were too busy. Reservation was confirmed for 8 ppl, but driver showed up in a mini van for 7ppl. We had to squeeze 2ppl in the front passenger seat. Not only was the 8 hour day tour uncomfortable, we didn't see everything on the itinerary because of the 1 hour 45 min delay. Driver didn't want to be blamed and told us that he was told to drop another family off at the airport in the morning and that's why he was late. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE. We traveled a long way to Iceland for a once in a lifetime trip and this experience ruined our experience. The tour cost over $1,436 and we were crammed in a small van, didn't see what we were supposed to and was lied to about the delay in the morning. There was no offer to compensate for the lost of time. Very disappointed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

We had a great day with Sam. He was kind and knowledgeable and on time and knew when to pivot for a group as to what to take us to see and do. We also got to go to the blue lagoon which was great!

Sultan was a great guide! The weather conditions were not good for seeing all of the sites, so Sultan quickly came up with a new game plan that fit our family’s needs perfectly. Considering our age range was from 22 - 94, his knowledge, flexibility and desire to provide an excellent tour for us was much appreciated!
