Will not accommodate - beware!

All of the tours in Iceland were accommodating- except for this one. We waited for other people in our group on 2 different tours, because the guides were kind and understanding. One of those instances made us about 20 minutes late for our whale watching tour, but the company and guides were not accommodating at all. We explained that we couldn't have known 24 hours before that another tour company would be gracious to their customers, causing us to be a few minutes late. They did nothing to accommodate us, and everything was out of our control. I would advise anyone with enough common sense to know that things do happen outside of one's control to stay away from this company.

Saw a humpback whale!! Really a must see if you are going to Iceland. We saw tons of birds some dolphins and another type of whale.

Amazing whale watching tour. We got to see two types of whales and some dolphins were playing near our boat. One even poked his head up in curiosity! The tour guide Daniel and the boat’s captains were great at keeping an eye out for the animal activity and pointing them out for everyone to have a chance to see.

Our tour was great! We were a part of a very small group. They have thermal overalls for use and we were warm the entire time, allowing us to stay on the top of the deck for the whole two hours. Our guide, Sophie, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We saw a few minke whales and an incredible sunset.

Booked the regular midnight boat tour but got a call as not available and offered the RIB tour. Very polite customer service. Amazing. Saw puffins; Minke, Humpback whales and dolphins. The dolphins up close. Great service, pleasant crew and captain. Superb, highly recommend. Clearly they cannot guarantee a sighting but we were lucky. If on the RIB boat, if you have a bad back or knees, sit at the back. Great fun at the front but like a rollercoaster on the RIB. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

An average experience.

We saw a bunch of blue whales (humpback?) during the trip. The guide, who was from Italy, was very knowledgeable. I didn’t like that they didn’t give us a suit or offer one. It was freezing (I had multiple layers on) and we got soaked so that wasn’t enjoyable. The boat was packed and it was tough to see the whales at times. The eluding boat had a lot less people and had the water suits on. We had them booked another day but unfortunately it was cancelled due to weather and we never got to go with them. All in all it was an average tour in my opinion. I would have had a better experience with the suit and less people.
