After you have entered Thingvellir National Park, turn onto road #361. Stay on this road for a few minutes and take the 3rd right where you will see the Silfra car park with our company vans. Drive a little further to parking lot P5 to park and walk back to meet our guides.

- Not wheelchair accessible
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Travelers should have a strong physical fitness level
- All participants will need to fill out a medical form before participating in the tour. Please contact local operator in order to request the form via email.
- All participant's height, weight and age information must be provided to local operator to ensure they bring the best fitting drysuit. The tour operator will contact you after booking to ask for this information.
- Participants must be at minimum 17 years of age (signature of legal guardian required for under 18 year old participants)
- Dry suits are worn over your own clothing. We recommend wearing long thermal underwear and thick wool socks as a base layer under the dry suit
- Participants must be a certified diver at the level of PADI Open Water or equivalent
- Participants must have dry suit diving certification and a logged dry suit dive within two years of the tour date OR have at least 10 logged dry suit dives within two years of the tour date and be able to provide written proof from a diving instructor of these dry suit dives.
- Minimum height is 4ft 11in (150cm). Minimum weight is 100lbs (45kg).
- Maximum height and weight is 6ft7in (200cm) and 264lbs (120kg).
- Participants must be comfortable in water and able to swim, physically fit and healthy
- Please note that that dry suits can sometimes feel quite tight and constricting
- All participants must be able to communicate in English
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- Recommended to bring a change of clothes and warm undergarments
- IMPORTANT - Participants who are 60 years of age and older must have their doctor sign the approval form in order to participate
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 3 travelers

We had Hugo as a guide, who was really friendly and calm. The whole team virtually dress you for the dive which was a strange experience but took some stress off for us new dry-suit divers. The van to change it was heated- very luxurious. Hugo gave us a solid breifing. The dive was absolutely incredible and we even saw a trout. We were the only scuba divers that day which was also a treat. Hugo led us at a steady pace and took a lot of photos. Hot chocolate afterwards was a nice warm up. Thanks guys.

Had an amazing time with Joi. When I arrived, all the gears were prepared, people helped the 2 other participants and i get ready in no time, and Joi our leader explained us the dive and we were on way within 20 minutes. Very appreciable considering the cold weather. Dive was amazing, water crystal clear, lasted a good 45 minutes; drysuit and under suit were in great condition (also very appreciable !!!!). Thank you !

We were a group of 7 BSAC UK divers. Met on location. 11am Sunday morning, blue sky and gorgeous day.
This is a must for any Diver visiting Iceland. Beautiful scenery and surroundings. Dive.is were very well organised and safe. Great experience and so glad we did this.

ES UN FRAUDE! ESTAN POR ENGAÑARTE PARA COBRARTE MAS QUE OTRAS CONPAÑIAS Y AL FINAL NO TE PERMITEN HACER LA ACTIVIDAD DE BUCEO Y TE CAMBIAN AL SNORKEL QUE CUESTA LA MITAD Y NO TE DEVUELVEN EL DINERO! LADRONES! Dicen que dan un curso corto de dry suit y puedes hacer buceo si ya tienes la certificación de buzo pero cuando llegas te dicen que tienes que pagar $1000 por persona para ese curso y te cambian el buceo por el que ya pagaste $250 por persona a snorkel que son $125 y simplemente NO TE DEVUELVEN EL DINERO. LADRONES!! Lo único bueno fue la guía Hanna que no tiene nada que ver con ladrones dueños de la compañía!

Hello Dhamelys,
We take accusations like this very seriously and we do not engage in fraud or deception. It is genuinely disappointing to be called thieves on a public board, as that is not what happened. Please allow us to clarify.
Since the day you placed your booking (March 8) until the day before your tour (March 26) we sent you four messages on Viator, with a list of information we needed from you in order to complete your booking.
The questions included in the list are:
- Are you dry suit certified ?
- Number of logged dry suit dives?
- Date of last DRY SUIT dive (DD-MM-YYYY)
- I confirm that this diver will bring proof of either dry suit diving certification or 10 logged dry suit dives within 2 years of the tour date. The booking will otherwise be cancelled without refund. (please answer yes or no)
You never got back to us until the day before your tour. In your email, you answered only some of our questions; you did not mention having any dry suit experience (while your husband does), and you closed your message saying you would give us more information at the meeting point.
The requirement to hold a dry suit certification is listed on the tour page on Viator, and we tried everything to reach you to ensure you were aware of these requirements.
Out of kindness, we offered to move you to a snorkeling tour. You accepted the offer and had no complaints on the day.
We clearly told you four times that we would not be offering any refunds if the dry suit requirement was not fulfilled. This is why we didn't offer you a refund for the price difference between diving and snorkeling.
We strive every day to provide clear instructions for everyone who wants to join our tour and we must rely on our customers to take the time and actually read the very thorough information that we provide.
Being called thieves is deeply saddening when we did everything in our power to relay the necessary information.
