Eric was the most amazing tour guide. He gave excellent explanations of each stop and made sure he showed us the accessible routes. Anna was an outstanding, very helpful driver. I highly recommend both of them!!

We waited 1 1/2 hours at the pick up point and did not pick us up. No one responded and finally contacted Viator. A huge disappointment.

Awaiting refund. Given incorrect information by Viator and missed the pick up. Regardless of whether or not I get a full refund we have missed a bucket list trip in Iceland that we are never likely to have an opportunity again. We were not the only person on our cruise to be let down by Viator.

This experience was quite wonderful. I love when a guide is passionate about what they are talking about. I love how most of the information was shared on the bus and we were free to roam and experience it all.

First of all the guide was great. He was exceptionally knowledgeable of the facts and did an outstanding job. Second the landscape and sites we visited were spectacular. We were amazed at the sheer beauty of Iceland and its history.
However, a four star rating because we were very disappointed in the “pick ups” we had to do which added unwanted wait time to the trip. In one case our guide had to go looking for the several passengers who were to ride back with us to Reykjavik. That particular location we waited 15 minutes past the scheduled departure time. So we had a total of three stops on the tour. We did not expect these delays.
Other than that we loved the tour. It was fantastic. I’d recommend this tour with the caution that it’s not the express “train”.

The bus was clean the guide was pleasant and easy to understand. We did the same three visits as everyone else for almost half the price. We even had time to stop and feed some Icelandic horses. I help this Excursion was better than the ones provided by the cruise ship for a much better price.

Nice introduction to Iceland's beauty, showing tectonic rifts, great waterfalls, steaming geysers. Guide seemed quite knowledgeable but was a bit difficult to understand at times due to accent. No meals or drinks provided. Bus was supposed to pick us up at our hotel but we got a text to meet at close-by bus stop. Was difficult for my wife who has walking trouble. Pict up scheduled at 930am but no bus showed up .I called Gray Line at about 945, they said this pick up area was cancelled due to local Pride parade street shutdowns. We did not receive any notice of this change to a new pick up location and that time slot had already left. So we were moved to an 1130am pickup further away into downtown. That bus arrived on time for a 12 noon tour departure.

The whole trip was magical, the tour guide humoured everyone. Very good but may be advisable to tel potential customers to be well for significant dip in temperature and get foot grippers if you can. Some serious dangerous terrain without the correct footwear. Overall magical sights
