- Please keep in mind that, we cannot guarantee our departures to be snow. We operate on Dry-land when insufficient snow.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- This tour requires you to rent a car ( unless you reserve the option with transfer service)
- Minimum age is six years
- We take up to 4-6 participants per sled/kart plus the musher/guide
- It is recommended that you wear warm, waterproof outdoor clothing, adequate shoes to walk on wet surfaces, and that you dress in layers
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 8 travelers

If you are thinking about it, just do it! From the owner to the staff and drivers, everyone is so kind and excited for the work. Every dog has such a fun and unique personality. We got to meet will most of them. We scheduled our trip to include a transfer and were picked up by our hotel. After a couple other pickups, we arrived at base camp. The dogs were so excited — imagine how hyped your dog gets when you tell them it is time for a walk — and were very happy to receive head scratches, butt rubs. We took turns “driving” alongside a driver/ handler and enjoyed the stunning scenery. It was hard to tell who was having the most fun between us riders and the dogs! We came prepared with snowgear and crampons but they did have some items for those who needed them. Such a great time and so memorable. We would definitely do this again!

This was a true experience. No fluff. The owner operator was truly authentic. It was an excellent experience that our guide and dogs enthusiastically included us in. It was more - and better - than we had expected. Can’t say enough that this was well worth it. Of note, we did not have snow and did the cart ride - loved this!

Although pricey, this experience was worth it! All of the staff were so great and you could tell very much love the dogs. You can also tell that the dogs love doing this. I couldn’t recommend this experience more!

Phenomenal experience dogsledding in Iceland! The dogs are very friendly and you are able to spend a decent amount of time with them before your ride. The mushers are lovely and share lots of dogsledding facts- it’s obvious that the dogs are their family. A bit pricey, and the ride lasts about 35 minutes, but our group decided it was worth the tough bill.

Wonderful experience, great for families. We came in February. About a 40 minute ride from Reykjavík city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. They offered everyone snow suits, I highly recommend using them. We came dressed in several layers but would have been uncomfortable without the suits, its not the temperature, but the wind chill. Our sled location was a frozen lake with snow cover. No snow in Reykjavík but snow on the ground at our location. The site is at a higher elevation than Reykjavík and as such is about 10 degrees F colder than in town, more wind as well. We were fortunate to have a clear sunny day. The dogs were very friendly and energetic, wanting to run. We were on the sled about 30 min or so, plenty of time for the experience. Everyone gets a chance to 'drive' from one of the rear runners. There is an experienced musher really controlling the dogs, they do have their own agenda, it takes a lot of attention to keep them focused.

Awesome experience with a perfect guide dressed as a reindeer. No snow but vary was a fine ride. At 71, this checked off a bucket list item. We got to greet and play with pups who will eventually be sled dogs. Learned a lot about the history of the breed. Highly recommend for both young and old.

Worth every second . The views are breathtaking, the dogs and their trainers are amazing. We rode at sunrise (about 10:20 am) and it was cold but spectacular!

Genuinely the best experience from start to finish. Pick up was perfectly on time. Then on arrival every (human) staff member was so friendly, welcoming and informative, giving lots of facts about the dogs and about Iceland itself. Now the dogs; the most gorgeous, strong but gentle, friendly, happy fluffy angels ever. The perfect amount of sledding time and cuddle/picture time. A must do on your trip if you’re a dog and adventure lover!

First off, I truly admire that this is a family-owned business where the dogs’ well-being is a top priority. Klara, their mother, was our guide, and she was exceptional.
Everyone had the opportunity to drive the sled, making it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The team was incredibly thoughtful—'Q' even helped us walk across the icy lake. He pulled us out of the wind!!!!!
I was so impressed by these athletic dogs! As an athlete myself, I had never interacted with animal athletes before. Their wagging tails and excitement were contagious.
If I have the chance to visit Iceland again, I’m definitely rebooking with this company.

We had the best experience of our lifes on this trip! It's always been a dream of mine to go dog sledding and it finally came true. The location was incredibly stunning, the dogs were beautiful & friendly who absolutely loved doing what they do and their humans were brilliant! The guides are very friendly- they tell us about the different dogs and their breeds and their personalities. The ride is the perfect length. The guides are good about stopping and letting everyone switch positions in the sled. A very special experience. I would definitely do this again.

From meeting the dogs, who are super friendly, to sledding both on the back with the driver and sitting position it’s so worth doing. Another bucket list activity completed. So many nice photos taken.
