The transfer operates at specific times so
If you miss your slot you'll have to wait a long time. The Blue Lagoon is a great spot, and two hours is enough to enjoy it. It's an ideal way to relax after a long flight. The return transfer offers many scheduled times to choose from. Hopefully, you'll have a pleasant bus driver.

They would not accommodate my transfer request to airport drop.. viator as an aggregator also failed to help me. I requested for discounted private transfer for drop off to airport as I had booked the shared transfer drop off.. both viator and the transfer service provider were adamant and did not sort out my airport drop issues. And now they have denied my drop off refund.Pathetic support from viator and the transfer service provider. But blue lagoon was amazing.. pl. Book blue lagoon separately and plan your pick up and drop off separately..

As per our cancellation policy, which has been clearly communicated, and given that the service has already been completed as scheduled, regardless of personal choice of whether or not to make use of it, we are unable to accommodate your refund request.
The necessary information was provided to you well in advance, both through direct communication on this platform and by the customer care team at Viator and you never mentioned that you wanted an Airport drop-off.
You mentioned it during the service when it was already too late to accommodate especially since your flight schedule did not match the fixed Airport shuttles schedule.

The water is so good warm and relaxing and the color is so beautiful light blue and smod.
They give you towel and free drink and you can seat inside or outside to relax after you been in the water.
It is a very big area with cave and bridges to enjoy.

The face masks, free drinks, and the whole experience was nice. However it was a one time experience and would not repeat. Did not enjoy the open showers with wet floors that made getting dressed difficult. Getting upgrade to private room would have been more enjoyable.

The blue lagoon is a fantastic place to visit- you will leave feeling relaxed and if you follow the facial mask regimen, your skin will be refreshed and look more youthful. We had a wonderful visit with several of our friends and family!

My husband woke up very ill the morning of the tour. I called Viator snd texted the tour company yo try and obtain a partial refund. We were not touring for sevrral hous and our tour had several components with individual tickets. They denied all.

Regarding the transportation part of the tour, unfortunately, there are limited departures from the Airport to the Blue Lagoon, but upgrading to a private transfer is always a good solution to avoid waiting for long times.

The lagoon itself was amazing and I would suggest anyone he has any desire to go there! If you have a short layover in KEF do it!
The bad:
All of the logistics provided by Viator/Maria travel. In the online booking tool it states they will pick you up at your hotel. They don’t. The only pickup for KEV is the airport even though you can select the hotel on their site.
We were then told we needed to arrive at the blue lagoon before 11am otherwise the tick would be deemed invalid. We hustled and got there only to find out our reservation was booked for 12pm. The blue lagoon would not let us enter until our booking time. Our flight limited our time to make this happen and Viator made everything confusing. Save the hassle and book it elsewhere.

Due to your last-minute request to set the transfer one hour earlier, we explained that we can accommodate the transfer change but for entering the Lagoon you might have to wait in the queue since the entrance cannot be rescheduled earlier because everything was sold out.
However, we will use this unfortunate experience to improve our service and provide even clear details on similar situations.

This is a nice entry to Iceland. Surprise story time which was informative and cool. Somewhat haphazard organization but this is Nirmal for Iceland, they are very nice people. The masks actually work.

As always Viator did a perfect job planning the transfers to Blue Lagoon to fit my schedule. Everything was on time. I’m so glad I did not miss Blue Lagoon. The tour I was on did not include this site. Viator worked with me to arrange it in our free time. They were able to make changes 24 hours ahead even though this is a very popular site.

A reinvigorating morning spent relaxing at Blue Lagoon. The Premium package was well worth the added items (robe, three masks and a beverage). I highly recommend this. The transfers to and from were also quite convenient. Allot an additional 45-60 minutes to and from.
