We pick up from all hotels/guesthouses/apartments in Reykjavik. Please kindly inform us of the name and address if you are unable to find your location in the list. You can inform us via a message on the Viator chat or write it in the Special Requirements section. We also pick up from Reykjavik Domestic Airport. Due to local regulations, certain hotels/guesthouses/apartments do not allow for lobby pick-up. Guests will have to go to the nearest bus stop for their pick-up. For Reykjavik pick-ups from the hotel or nearest bus stop, you will be picked up with a minibus and transferred to the Bus Terminal to join a coach bus that will take you to the Lagoon. You will be dropped off at Blue Lagoon. The same procedure is applied for the return to Reykjavik. For the Hotels and accommodations located in Keflavik Town, the shuttle bus pick-up is handled from the Keflavik Airport. If a direct hotel pick-up is needed, a private transfer is required. Shuttle Schedule: Keflavík Airport – Blue Lagoon Keflavík Airport to Blue Lagoon Departures: 07:30 | 09:30 | 12:30 | 16:30 Blue Lagoon to Keflavík Airport Departures: 12:00 | 14:30 | 16:00; Shuttle transfers are shared services, meaning you’ll travel with other passengers; it is not a private or small group transfer option.

Blue lagoon amazing, transfer service pathetic thumbs down for the transfer service

They would not accommodate my transfer request to airport drop.. viator as an aggregator also failed to help me. I requested for discounted private transfer for drop off to airport as I had booked the shared transfer drop off.. both viator and the transfer service provider were adamant and did not sort out my airport drop issues. And now they have denied my drop off refund.Pathetic support from viator and the transfer service provider. But blue lagoon was amazing.. pl. Book blue lagoon separately and plan your pick up and drop off separately..

As per our cancellation policy, which has been clearly communicated, and given that the service has already been completed as scheduled, regardless of personal choice of whether or not to make use of it, we are unable to accommodate your refund request. The necessary information was provided to you well in advance, both through direct communication on this platform and by the customer care team at Viator and you never mentioned that you wanted an Airport drop-off. You mentioned it during the service when it was already too late to accommodate especially since your flight schedule did not match the fixed Airport shuttles schedule. The water is so good warm and relaxing and the color is so beautiful light blue and smod. They give you towel and free drink and you can seat inside or outside to relax after you been in the water. It is a very big area with cave and bridges to enjoy.

The face masks, free drinks, and the whole experience was nice. However it was a one time experience and would not repeat. Did not enjoy the open showers with wet floors that made getting dressed difficult. Getting upgrade to private room would have been more enjoyable.

My husband woke up very ill the morning of the tour. I called Viator snd texted the tour company yo try and obtain a partial refund. We were not touring for sevrral hous and our tour had several components with individual tickets. They denied all.

Wouldn’t book through Viator again

The lagoon itself was amazing and I would suggest anyone he has any desire to go there! If you have a short layover in KEF do it! The bad: All of the logistics provided by Viator/Maria travel. In the online booking tool it states they will pick you up at your hotel. They don’t. The only pickup for KEV is the airport even though you can select the hotel on their site. We were then told we needed to arrive at the blue lagoon before 11am otherwise the tick would be deemed invalid. We hustled and got there only to find out our reservation was booked for 12pm. The blue lagoon would not let us enter until our booking time. Our flight limited our time to make this happen and Viator made everything confusing. Save the hassle and book it elsewhere.

A reinvigorating morning spent relaxing at Blue Lagoon. The Premium package was well worth the added items (robe, three masks and a beverage). I highly recommend this. The transfers to and from were also quite convenient. Allot an additional 45-60 minutes to and from.
