DO NOT do in a big group otherwise it will spend 2 hours in a car going to the glacier and many minutes in queues

The group was so big that we did on an adapted big bus. But the bus was so slow that we felt frustrated for the riding 20 km/h while other small cars did around 20-30 minutos we spent 1 HOUR. And because the group was so big, the queues to take photos were also big and we didn't enjoy so much. Maybe in a small group we should have time to enjoy the beautiful place. It was also difficult to checkin because there was no sign of "Crystal Blue Ice Cave Adventure". We found because we started to ask everyone. TO the company: Please do not use this bus anymore with tourists, it is too old. DO NOT do in a big group otherwise it will spend 2 hours in a car going to the glacier and many minutes in queues

We had a super knowledgeable guide. I appreciated her joy in telling us about the Glacier and about the Cave experience. She was helpful and patient with some of us who needed more time to get used to the crampons and/or take pictures in the cave. Both the guide and the driver ( who also guided a small group) were a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Pavel was a great guide who gave us lots of information on the science behind the glacier and the ice cave. He showed us concrete evidence of the amount that the glacier has receded in the last month and year which is sad. The cave was beautiful and Pavel explained the different textures and colors we were seeing. Overall awesome experience.

Underwhelming Tunnel!

Guide was excellent! "Billed" as a cave.... It was only a short tunnel. Not worth the money nor the time. Rather spent more time swimming or going around Reykjavik.

What a fun trip!! The ice caves are just amazing the colours, the structures and all the shapes they carve out. The guide was very funny, he let us stay as long as we wanted. We got some great pictures and got to experience a true wonder on this trip. Would highly recommend this one it is worth it!
