It was hard downloading the app, it took way too long. There was enough creative activities going from place to place. I was pushing my mom in a wheelchair, and the roads are very cracked and uneven, and it was hard pushing her around.

This was VERY difficult to down load and instructions were not clear. The lady on support line kept telling me I had to check in at the address and some guide would meet us. That's not how it worked at all. Took us an hour just to get correct app and download and start.
