Arrived at the meeting, no one was there. I texted the number provided to see if they had already started and no one replied. I asked for a refund the next day and again I've received no reply. Feel like I've been scammed.

Not clear where to start the tour. Have multiple "meeting points" but neither of them had someone waiting. We were not able to do the event as they also did not answer any calls/messages. Find another company

He was late but generally good. Only 2 bars plus club, rather than 3 that was advertised. But Flavio was a nice guy. The club at the end was excellent.

Nice way getting in touch

The tour is a really easy and fun way getting in touch with people from all around the world. Fortunately, our group had a great size with 8 people from Germany, Austria, Canada Japan and China, so you had the chance to get to talk to everyone if you wanted to. Yüksel was a super fun and communicative guide who kept it all together quite well and we all had a great time. The zwo last two bars/ clubs weren't really my type, but that's personal preference and at least everyone was looking after each other, so we had a great group-feeling streight from the very beginning on! All in all a great experience and nice way to have a fun time with a bunch of new people!

No one showed up at the meeting point. I was able to eventually contact support and the tour guide to get a refund. They offered to have me join the next day but I declined.
