The session also includes a short and accessible introduction to the history of the Pastel de Nata in Portugal, from its origins in Lisbon to its evolution into one of the country’s most famous pastries, with insight into how this traditional recipe can be successfully adapted to a vegan version without losing its essence. Each participant will prepare several vegan Pastéis de Nata, which can be enjoyed on site or taken away. A transport box is included for your pastries. Throughout the workshop, enjoy Port wine, juice, water, coffee, and sweet and savory snacks, in a relaxed and social atmosphere.
