If I could give this experience 100 stars I would! My sister and I had the distinct pleasure of spending a wonderful evening with Nadia and Paolo! Their boats impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with plush blankets, luxury cushions and well kept boating apparatuses. The beautifully arranged spread of cheese, fruit, nuts, meats and crackers was such a nice touch. The wine choices are well thought out and not inexpensive, rather unique, small batch items from local wineries. Additional pairings included local savory and sweet accompaniments. All of that would have earned five stars alone, but what really sets apart this tour are the hosts: Nadia and Paolo. We felt like we spent the evening with friends, we enjoyed learning about their lives and sharing a bit about ourselves. I’m a nervous sailor and they were so kind and caring helping me place my hands and feet in places so I didn’t fall and stayed safe. Should you be lucky enough to book an evening with these fine folks you will be lucky indeed! Side note- it rained and we still felt like it was money and time well spent!

Highly recommend this private cruise! Lovely couple that took us on the 6 Bridges Cruise. We had multiple places to sit on the boat and warm blankets ready for us with a delicious spread of meats and cheeses plus port wine and specialty drinks. Great experience!

We had a wonderful cruise. The crew was very hospitable, responsive and shared a lot of local knowledge about the bridges, Gaia and Porto. It was an extremely windy day but they kept us safe and warm with blankets. They made sure we enjoyed the gorgeous sunset and surprised us with their famous treat pastel del nata.

Nadia and Paolo were fabulous! The weather could have been a little bit better, it was overcast and we didn’t get to see a sunset but the trip was still a 10/10. The cushions up top were very comfortable, Nadia had blankets for us when it got a little chilly and she was a great tour guide. Thanks for a very memorable night on the river!

We could rate this experience as 6, we will do. We had the amazing boat trip, organisation and hospitality of the trip was more than we could expect. Snacks and drinks from local producers accompanied the trip perfectly. The captain and his wife gave us additional tips and historical insights about Porto, we were happy to be their guests. This trip will be in our hearts for many many years.

Relaxing river and sunset tour on the Douro river, Porto. Our hosts Nadia & Paulo were very welcoming and the food and drinks served were perfect. We really enjoyed the cruise down the river and the sunset on the ocean was a perfect end to the evening. Would definitely recommend.

If you don’t like feeling crowded, this the best way to experience the river - private tour boat with owners Nadia and Paulo. They were friendly, engaged but let us dictate the tone. Provided drinks (best sangria!) and charcuterie board w cheese, meat, fruit. It was lovely. A fun time with people who live in Porto!

I booked this tour for our family of three (husband and 21-month old daughter). We could not have been more delighted by the hospitality and kindness shown to us by Nadia and Paolo. Their boat is very comfortable for a small group and we were able to sit on the bough and enjoy the perfect spring sunny day. This was my daughter’s first time on a boat and any apprehension she had was immediately neutralized by the beautiful and delicious snack and charcuterie board that was clearly prepared with love by Nadia (and her mother!) We immediately felt like family, Paolo played peekaboo with my daughter while steering the boat and Nadia spent some time entertaining her which meant my husband and I got to relax and enjoy the beauty surrounding us. We HIGHLY recommend this tour and we will plan to take it again if we ever have the opportunity to return! Obrigado família!

You need to experience this trip during your stay in Porto, it is a beautiful way to see the city and the scenery . Nadia and Paulo provided a fantastic experience. From the stories and history between Porto and Gaia, to the excellent snacks, this experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Paulo's navigation skills made the ride plenty smooth. Even in choppy waters, I didn't get seasick or feel uncomfortable. In getting around the boat, Nadia's help made me feel plenty comfortable moving around. To put the perfect ending to the trip, we watched the sunset and had a premium view. The overall trip wasn't just money well spent, but time we'll invested in making our trip to Porto that much more special. Thank you both and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

This is a once in a lifetime experience! Nadia and Paolo were absolutely the best. Wine, sangria, beer, and other beverages are included—as well as some snacks! The boat tour was fabulous, Nadia replied almost instantly when you contact her. They speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese!
I cannot stress this enough—this tour was the highlight of my entire trip. They provide the best service available! We chose the sunset tour, highly recommend—if you do not get the chance to do the sunset and are worried about the sun, the back portion of the boat is covered. BOOK BOOK BOOK! And take me with you! :)
