Great tour with beautiful views of the river, Porto and Gaia! We booked the 7:30 tour and were able to see the sinset from the spot where the rover meets the ocean. The staff were all very helpful and informative and it was so much fun to tase so many kinds of
Port wine (we had 4) as well as having some tasty cholocaltes along the way. We went as a family of 5 with a teen and 2 young adults and there were only a few other couples on board so the boat wasn’t too crowded and the staff were able to give everyone the attention they needed. This is a must do activity in Porto!

The views, staff, wine and vibes were all around great and amazing loved every minute of it! Truly a great experience and the boat was beautiful and nicely equipped.

The crew was friendly and the boat was clean and comfortable. We went out at sunset and got beatiful pictures of Porto and the bridges. * Don't expect lengthy descriptions of the bridges or wine--I liked that they gave a very brief description of each bridge (just a few words so we could enjoy each other and soak up the views, but they were willing to talk more when we asked questions). * Don't expect music as indicated in description...they did set up a speaker and play music to set the mood as we were nearing the end where they turn the boat to see the sunset, but difficult to hear it over the boat's engine. * We tasted 4 quality port wines. There was no chocolate pairing as advertised. When I asked about it, they brought out a bowl of cheap kettle corn. There is definitely no effort at "pairing" different wines and snacks as indicated so I feel we overpaid for what we received. * This tour starts from the mouth of the Atlantic Ocean so you get to see all the bridges going down the river and coming back. We walked an hour (2 miles) from Porto center...There was not much to see and path was desserted so definitely plan on travelling to the marina by car (or booking a boat trip closer to the city). Note; I didn't see a lot of options on Viator outside of this general location when i was planning our trip, but there are multiple vendors set up along the river in Porto that you could book for less the day of and many offer a glass of wine (if you are mainly looking for a quick 1 hour river cruise) but this is an excellent option if you want to travel at a slower pace where you can take in the sunset and taste multiple port wines.

Brilliant experience, the staff were so friendly, the port was delicious and the views were stunning. We only had five of us on the boat so felt like a private hire! Highly recommend!

The cruise is awesome, you see so much of the city while enjoying Port on a luxury yacht.
The organisers so amazing in reachduleing us when we couldn't make our original booking due to traffic delays (FYI Sao Bento to the Harber is about 2hrs in traffic not Google's 30min)

I’m very disappointed on how misleading this boat tour was, based on the description on the website.
I had bought the ticket because I thought the team on onboard would talk about the history of the 6 bridges and a bit of about the history of the chocolate and port wine we were going to sample.
They did give us 3 glasses of port wine along with a packet of cheap department store chocolates that were opened and distributed in a cup to everyone.
After 30 minutes on the boat, we crossed a couple of bridges and were waiting on the crew to give us some basic history on the iconic bridges.
When I asked the guide if they were going to speak on the subject matter, he said he didn’t know much about the bridges and maybe I should ask the captain.
Anyways my husband and I enjoyed the view and sipped on the port wine realising this is what we were going to get (no guided tour as per website description)

Very friendly service from the crew aboard. It was great taking in the sunset and drinking wine along the way, weather was absolutely perfect. I think it's mandatory to do something on the water while in Porto

The Sailing 360 company did not have our reservation. The woman at the office Bo or something like that said we made the reservation late that day and they did not see it so they did not have a boat or crew.

Katarina and Eduardo were amazing! We got on the boat promptly and it was a very smooth ride up the river and back down. It was windy and chilly and so they had blankets for us. Delightful! The wines were delicious and the chocolate was fantastic as well. Eduardo was quite knowledgeable about the history of the town, and everything was just stellar. 10/10

Definitely one of our highlights of our trip to Portugal! We were fortunate to have Eduardo & George as our guides and they were both great! They were kind enough to hold departing for 15 minutes as we were caught in bad traffic on the way to the departure point (note, it took us almost an hour to get there from the center of the city, so plan accordingly!). The weather wasn’t the best, but there was plenty of room on the inside to support our family and one other so we could stay dry. And when there was a pause in the rain, we loved sitting at the second level to take in the sights. The 4 or 5 glasses of different Port wines were plenty and they even kindly provided our daughter with juice as well throughout our tour. I did think that the chocolates would be local or would come with some story like the wines but our daughter was happy nonetheless.
Highly recommend!!!

Our trip started at 6pm with my wife and me, one other couple who we did not know, and a 3-person crew. The crew immediately made us very comfortable and began telling us about the history of the river, the local geography and when/why people started living in the region. Inês soon appeared with the first serving of wine/chocolate and provided a detailed background of how port is aged/bottled and what flavors to look for in the glass. This continued for the next two hours, with more stories, more wine, more chocolates, and incredible views of Porta, Gaia, and the bridges, culminating with an incredible sunset in the harbor. It was our last evening in Porto, and it was filled with laughter and beauty, and I could not recommend it more highly. We even made friends with the other couple and went out to dinner with them after the cruise, so the fun and laughter continued into the night. It was a magical experience, and we are ever grateful to Inês and the rest of the crew.

El tour es agradable y explican algunos detalles de los puentes y vinos. Además, ofrecieron mantas cuando comenzó a refrescar después de la puesta del sol. No obstante, algunos detalles que mejorar:
-El barco en el que fuimos no es el yate que sale en la foto de portada, sino uno más antiguo y de otra clase completamente distinta.
-Los chocolates solo fueron dos, y son comerciales, nada tipico de la zona. Creo que sería mucho mejor acompañar cada vino (4) con un queso tipico portugués, dado que tomar 4 copas con solo 2 bombones puede hacerse algo pesado.
-Asimismo, si alguien ha hecho alguna cata en otra ocasión, puede que esta no sea lo que espera. Tan solo se indica para cada vino su nombre y los años de envejecimiento.
