This was the highlight of our trip to Porto! It was so fun to sit up on the front of the boat and the scenery was incredible. João and Manuel were warm and welcoming and gave us the perfect amount of info+time to relax and enjoy the ride. We would love to go again!

Such a great experience. Private river cruise that won't break the bank. Joan has a fantastic host and very knowledgeable. Gave us just the right amount of information while giving us our private time as well. Would highly recommend.

Awesome, family friendly boat ride

Relaxing and Beautiful boat tour

Wonderful and relaxing boat tour. Very informative and friendly hosts! Would highly recommend as a way to avoid large crowds and get an incredible view of the river and bridges! Also note save time to navigate rush hour to the marina- we were late due to stopped cars during our drive over to start the tour but they were able to wait for us. Would recommend taking the metro over and then catching a cab or Uber to the marina. Thank you for an amazing tour!

Wonderful boat tour with some bubbly and snacks

João was friendly and patient with us as we navigated to the dock. He gave us a wonderful tour of Portugal from the water and balanced great information while giving us plenty of time to simply enjoy the ride. We visited 6 bridges and managed to catch the sunset on the way back. Tip. Uber tends to navigate their drivers on the far side of the water which is blocked and the road is closed. Make sure to tell uber driver to drop you off above the marina otherwise you may be forced to walk 20 minutes to the pier.

Fantastic experience! João was incredibly kind and patient, especially since we were delayed by festival traffic. He was very communicative through WhatsApp, which was so helpful. His insights about Porto, Gaia, and the bridges made the tour so memorable. The sparkling wine and snacks were a lovely touch. Having the boat just for us felt truly special, much better than the big group tours. Highly recommend this company. Can’t wait to do it again when we return to Porto!

Fantastic boat trip

This was the best thing we did in Porto. The boat was well maintained and expertly driven. Sara was a brilliant host and gave us just the right information about Porto and also allowed us to chat and enjoy the view with our drinks. She was a brilliant communicator before the trip as well and it ran like clockwork. They went over and above to help us as well and recommended a great place for lunch. They are a lovely team and would highly recommend this trip.

A highlight of my trip to Porto

This private boat tour was a highlight of my family's trip to Porto. Sara was a wonderful guide who provided insightful information and interesting conversation during the tour. Her colleague João piloted the boat skillfully during the tour, navigating waves to keep the ride comfortable (I suggest you ignore the only non-5 star reviewer who felt the boat should have been going faster). Sara was prepared with blankets, which was nice when the temperature dropped during the tour and even more useful after a large wave splashed us; she and João were apologetic even though it was completely out of their control. There were 6 people in my group so the cost of this private experience was comparable to doing a large group tour of the six bridges. The tour was 90 minutes in duration, which I felt was just about right. I would highly recommend this tour.

Fun cruising down the Douro!

A fun and relaxing cruise down the Douro. The captain and Sara were super kind and friendly! We had our 2 boys (2 and 5) with us and they were so sweet to them! My 2 year old found a new friend in Sara and wouldn’t leave her alone lol. The wine and snacks provided were delicious and the views were amazing. 10/10 would recommend again. Thanks for the great time! Also would recommend eating at Casa Moreira afurada nearby!

This is a nice relaxing boat trip, but definitely be prepared for a slow boat. The two people that drove the boat were lovely and very nice. I would say it was a little too relaxing/slow for me, but I was hoping for more of an adventure. Good for a nap though!

A great experience from start to finish. We are a family of 5 with kids aged between 12-18 and everyone loved it. The two crew men were very pleasant and the nibbles and sparkling wine added to the ambiance! Sunset was glorious. We thoroughly recommend this company and tour.
