We had such a great experience touring Pompeii, all thanks to our guide. He was lively, personable, and kept the group interested from start to finish. Their knowledge of Pompeii was impressive, and he shared it in a way that felt more like storytelling than a lecture. We learned so much while still having fun, which made the whole visit feel special. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Horrible, do not book! I took a 1 hour train to Pompeii for this tour, and my tour guide did not even show up at the meeting point! I messaged for 30 minutes while I waited with no response. I then tried to use my 4 PM ticket to go in and see the ruins myself, and the person checking the tickets said I was not allowed, because the last tickets that can go in is at 3:30, yet I was sold a ticket for after this time. It was an absolute SCAM.

Your review is nonsense. After booking, I didn't receive an email, and by the time I did, it was already late. This is technology; there could be an error or a delay due to the internet. You then sent messages; if you had called, I would have answered and it would have been resolved. Regardless, you are right to demand a refund, which I IMMEDIATELY provided prior to your request, with our apologies. Calling our experience a scam is just your outburst of anger, not the truth.

Visiting Pompeii was a dream realized. Bucket list goal reached.
The reason I didn’t give my tour 5 stars is because it was very limited with the time allotted.
The guide was fine (Sasa) I just recommend purchasing a longer tour and one that uses headphones.
Our group was small and Sasa was informative and did a great job but being that this is a once in a lifetime site I highly recommend booking atleast 4 hours with a guide that is very informative.
Sasa did his best but 2 hrs is just not enough.
We didn’t get to see much at all.

What an amazing experience we had seeing the ancient city of Pompeii through the eyes of our tour guide Antonio. He was especially kind to our daughters and made the ruins interesting to their young minds. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend his tour to anyone.

We had an amazing tour experience of Pompei! Anna was very patient - waiting for us for over 20 minutes (due to issues with navigating with trains), and was really knowledgable and took time to connect with us while explaining the history behind the stunning ruins. I could not recommend her or this touring service enough!

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TWICE! They kept accepting bookings and didn’t notify anyone that Pompeii was closed due to weather and never refunded!! Scam

your review is incorrect.
Pompeii does not close due to bad weather but the tour is not safe to do during the storm and for the safety of the guests it will be canceled as per the regulations.
A few minutes after her booking we wrote to both her and viator communicating that the tour CANNOT BE DONE and she was refunded by viator as per the regulations.
we have been working with millions of people for decades and we don't do scams, perhaps your bad experience is because of your not paying attention to your phone and your bad review of us could just be a way to make us appear unprofessional.

The tour was very good and informative. Our guide was great and we were very happy with this choice for a tour. Communication prior to your about meeting place was incorrect and confusing, so we were almost late.
