My partner did tour and it was her first time in Paris doing these tours, she was nervous. But it was a great experience for her, she had a good guide and was easy to meetup. Worth the cost.. and of course the art iis amazing but disappointing Crown Jewels no longer on display due to heist last year. I was lucky and a saw during visit last may.

This tour was very much for adults. Our kids didn’t get much out of it and it was exhausting. Much more sculpture than paintings.

Great tour with a very knowledgeable guide. We liked that we had a small group and individual attention. Our guide gave us a lot of information and background, giving us plenty of time to experience the art on our own and provided hints on how to get the most out of the tour; even explaining how to approach the Mona Lisa crowd for beat, quickest access.
Parts of the museum were very hot! Thankfully our guide had warned us and encouraged a water stop before we started.

Hopless customercare. We were in a new country, trying to navigate through the system with two young kids in the hot weather. Our tour was booked @1230pm and we informed the operator via message that we would be reaching at 12:28 and will be there at 1230pm. When we got there, we looked around in the place were we were asked to go and couldnot find anyone in red as mentioned by them. We messaged them at 12:36 and nobody responded to us. We presumed that the tour guide had already left and called the number. It was said that there will be a delay at the ticket counter even though its the skip the que ticket. So we were sure they might be around that area when we called the number. However, the lady talkd to us over the phone for another 20 mins saying no refund was available and 60% of the price will only be credited and we could only be able to rebook through them and no tickets were available in the next three days. Hence, this was not a feasible option for us a family flying from Melbourne. So we asked them to give us our tickets through whats app and we will go in ourselves. I don't understand why this was not an option. The other funny option she gave was that we go to the security and tell them the situation and pay again for a new ticket. We even tried that in desperation but couldnot get it as tickets were not available.We spoke to the security in front and they said we should be eligible for the ticket to be refunded which these guys would not agree upon. Aud$653 in vain from an unhelpful service. Scammers!

Our meeting time is scheduled 10–15 minutes before the tour start time, as outlined in the booking confirmation and pre-tour instructions. This allows the guide to check in all guests, distribute any required equipment, and ensure the group is ready to enter the museum on time.
As this is a guided access tour, the tickets are managed by the guide and are linked to the group's scheduled entry. Because of the Louvre's timed-entry requirements, the guide cannot delay the group's departure for late arrivals, as this would risk the entire group missing their allocated entry window. For the same reason, we are unfortunately unable to send individual tickets to guests who arrive after the group has departed, as these tickets are intended to be used as part of the guided group entry.
We understand this was disappointing, particularly as you contacted us while trying to reach the meeting point. While our team did their best to discuss the available options with you, we're sorry that none of them were suitable for your travel plans.
We appreciate your feedback regarding both the communication and the support you received, and we will be reviewing your comments internally to see where we can improve the experience for future guests.

Avi was great - knowledgeable and funny! There was a toilet opportunity in the lobby before the tour. Several areas were hot and crowded; so bring a fan. If you’re lucky, you can find an A/C grate on the floor to stand on. The tour ends in the museum; so you can stay as long as you want to look around afterwords. Great experience. We highly recommend it!

Very HOT. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The tour was an adequate amount of time and we were given time to view many works without being rushed. HOWEVER, our guide was VERY politically biased,which ruined much of the experience.

The Tour Guy recommended by Viator was great. There was someone at our meeting point ready to help us with any questions we may have. Imad our tour guide gave an outstanding tour! He was very knowledgeable and showed us key points in the Louvre. He added stories connected to the each piece of artwork we observed which made the tour fascinating. I have an overactive 9 year old and SHE was paying attention because Imad was so interesting. I highly recommend The Tour Guy and definitely Imad as your guide. It was a great experience.

It was wonderful to have someone help guide us through the museum extremely crowded. Knowledgeable however it would’ve made the experience much better if he had had a speaking device. We had a small group however, the museum was so loud and chaotic that it was hard to hear him at times you had to remain close to him, and it was still a struggle to receive all the information as well as look at the artwork at the same time.

The Louvre is a great museum. Our guide was 20 minutes late. We did not receive the full time stated in the tour. The guide wasted another 5 minutes getting the ticket. We were disappointed by the wasted time. The guide did provide good context once inside the museum and context for the periods.

It was terrible. We arrived 30 minutes before. 6 tour guy people came and went saying we were not a part of their group. The head of the 6, did nothing to help. None would take use even though there was room. So we couldn’t get in or go on the tour.
There is no help available to fix the issue. I’m utterly disappointed, in past I’ve used Viator and had no issues. With other trip. This time is not so good.

Skipping the long lineups alone made this a worthwhile tour, but a knowledgeable guide who helped us to navigate the museum only made it better. I feel like if you've never been to the Louvre, you'll get much more out of this experience than you would going alone, definitely worth considering.

I had no idea how huge this museum was so I’m thankful I went on this tour. We saw the Mona Lisa but we also saw so many more pieces of art I didn’t expect. It’s a great way to experience history and the museum.
