- For operating reasons or capacity control in addition to weather, the summit may not be accessible. When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the summit, even if it reopens during your tour. In this event, you will be refunded the price of the summit access within 5-10 days. The refund will be processed automatically, so there is no need to contact Viator.
- We will do everything within our control to ensure timings and itineraries are respected. However, due to the popularity of the Eiffel Tower, we sometimes experience delays from security, or ticket desk lines while purchasing your entrance tickets. In peak months (April to October), school holidays and on weekends, please expect a minimum wait time of 30mn at the first security check and 45mn at the ticket desk line. In low season (November to March outside school holidays and weekends), please expect a minimum wait time of 15mn at the first security check and 30mn at the ticket desk line.
- After the guided portion of the tour, you’re free to remain inside the tower and enjoy additional time exploring at your own pace.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

Worst experience ever. We were scheduled for an Eiffel Tower experience and laid $300 for a family of 4. Our car dropped us off 4 minutes late 1 block away and the tour guide was not available and would not accommodate us because we were late. We were late because of our uber driver and awful traffic on Easter Sunday.

It isn’t worth the money-this does not have skip the line so you can basically do the same thing yourself, get in the line with no tickets and purchase them once inside. You are paying more for having a tour guide but he basically meets you at the first floor after you have climbed the stairs on your own. At the first floor, he gives you some facts about the Eiffel tower and then you are done and you are left on your own to climb the stairs to the second floor and the elevator to the top. Honestly, the tour guide was fine, he did his job but you can easily research that information yourself and save yourself money. There is no added value to seeing the Eiffel Tower through this tour-you can do it yourself for a lot cheaper.

Guide was cool, until we switched and the guy smelled and spoke very little. I ended up losing him after he cut us loose climbing the tower… Just buy the tickets and do the tour yourself.

I never got to experience our tour. I got to the Eifle Tower 18 minutes before the tour and the guide at the meeting location. I walked all around the Eifle Tower looking for the Coty Wonders guide. I called Viater and told them we could not find the tour guide. The left without our group of 4. They would not refund our tickets and we had to purchase more tickets though the ET ticket office. Don’t waste your money on this tour. You can buy the tickets on our own. Very disappointed that they would not refund our money.

And I could not verify after ticket purchase if my ticket had 3rd floor access.

When you first walk into the entry gate, you will make your way as a group to the ticket counter. There you will wait in a long line (like Disneyland) while your guide peppers you with fun tidbits about the Eiffel Tower. When you reach the front of the line, she will purchase your ticket and you will make your way to the stairs as a group. Here's where it falls apart... The stairways are rather narrow so with the guide leading the group, only the party closest to her will be able to hear anything she says. People in your group will move at different places so it's almost impossible to keep the group together all the way to the first platform. Others who waited in the same line and bought their tickets (without a guide) are going up at the same time, so everyone just gets all intertwined as you ascend the stairs. At the first platform, there is a lot to see and do -- shop, eat, go to the bathroom, etc. Our guide said "Let's take a 10 min break to go the bathroom and meet back here." But once she lets you go on your own, getting you back is like herding cats because you are among hundreds and hundreds of other people on that platform. This is where she lost us. We went off and finished our Eiffel Tower experience on our own. We found that the stairs were faster than the elevators because there is no line, but beware... it is a LOT of stairs. You can take the stairs between the ground and the first two platforms, but to reach the summit you have to take the elevator from the 2nd platform, which means standing in a LONG, slow-moving line. And then another long line to get back down. I can't imagine anyone in our group stayed with the guide after we reached the first platform. You're better off doing it without a guide and looking up fun facts on your own. The view from the top is absolutely stunning!! Bring water!

The meet up was very easy. Our guide was great and very helpful. He even helped get us in a very short line to get up to the top. The lines were short, but I think that was due to how early we got there we couldn’t figure out if we were gonna be able to just get tickets by showing up in the morning and this was helpful to guarantee that we got in the Eiffel Tower. It was hard to tell with everything being sold out on the official website, so this was a little bit more money, but it’s worth it for a piece of mind and compared to a lot of of the other tours we felt this was a decent price.

This is not a tour worthy of purchasing. The guide basically walks you in while giving some information on the tower. Through the first check point there is a better line for the tours to use, so that was nice. Once through security you walk up to first level on your own at own pace where guide gives some more information when everyone arrives. Then boom tour over go to second level alone or even to summit but that’s on you. Not sure how much tickets cost without tour but if more than $20 a person skip tour
