Maja was amazing! We got a great intro before Notre Dame and then plenty of time to explore in the cathedral followed by a great walking tour and history of the island. Then the most amazing experience in Sainte Chappelle! We didn’t wait on line for anything!

Ben (short for Benedictis maybe full name). She was a spunky, friendly, very knowledgeable tour guide! We loved her energy and excitement to share her city with us. If you wish to have someone explain sites inside of Notre Dame you need to pay 6e for the audio tour when you go inside. She is not allowed to walk and talk with you once inside the cathedral. She walks you to several spots of tg he island and points out things that we would have never noticed or understood. She did a wonderful job.

Disappointing and misleading Tour was about Notre Dame from the outside not the inside. Only 30 minutes inside and guide did not inform re audio guides.

Will never use again!

Never could find the place to meet. So lost over $300. Very expensive experience! There is not a phone number that I can use to get a hold of a person to talk too on any of the plans I made with this company, miss out on 2 of the experiences that I paid for that I could not find. The web site is not helpful at all and when you are in a different country is not good not to have a number to be able to call and talk to someone!!

Unfortunately, as the tour operates on a strict schedule with reserved timed entry and a guide leading the group, we are unable to delay departure if guests are not present at the meeting point. Do the morning tour! Fewer crowds!

Watch where the meeting place is. Thought it was in front of the cathedral but we figured it out just in time! But Nina our guide was great with some funny historical stories and we were duped into thinking the Emmanuel bell was named after President Macron! Hahahaha!

A little disappointing

A little bit deceitful of a tour name because there was actually no tour aspect inside the Notre Dame. This is because it was a relatively large group, probably 20 or more, with no headsets and the tour guide only had a small speaker to amplify her voice. Other tour groups were enjoying detailed information inside the church while we just walked about by ourselves.

Beautiful Spring Morning with Energetic Guide

Our guide Victoire was full of energy and telling stories as we strolled along. She was so happy doing her tour and her passion made the tour even better. The time flew by. We were given an hour of solo discovery inside Notre Dame with a rundown on what to look for inside. Once we were outside she reviewed things we had seen along with the attached stories.

Disappointed with “early access”

I am not sure why it is called early access. We waited I. Line with everyone else to get into Notre Dame. It was disappointing. What was the early access to? Our tour guide Jasmin was very knowledgeable for the tour part. Otherwise we were on our own.

Notre Dame “Crown of Thorns”

We learned a lot about the history of Paris, and our guide, Yasmena, prepared us what to look for in Notre Dame as well as explaining who all the sculptures represented featured on the exterior facade. * She noted only certain days the “Crown of Thorns” is visible to the public, which I would plan for if I visit again. We were fortunate to witness a Ten minute Choir of the Bells which doesn’t happen ordinarily while We stood in the courtyard learning about the sight. We enjoyed the tour, and went on to tour the St. Chapelle!

N Dame worth the visit but tour guide was not.

Knowledge of Notre

We felt lack of historic details regarding the church inside. The tour guide rush trough the chruch and left us there 40 min on our own for a tour that was supposed to be about the Notre Dame. So Disappointed.

I toured Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle with Ben today. She was a great and very friendly tour guide. She kept us together and on time . We even unexpectedly received a combo ticket giving us admission to the Conciergerie. Fortunately, Ben had educated us about what happened there so we were able to take advantage of that bonus.
