- Our tours are limited, we cannot cancel or modify bookings at the last minute for any reason. Tickets are non-refundable by the museums. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Participants should be prepared to follow their guide for about 3 hours. The Palace of Versailles can be quite crowded, and we must stick to the scheduled visiting times. Please note that the guide is unable to provide personal assistance. If you have any concerns about walking difficulties, health issues, or other considerations, we recommend reconsidering your participation in this tour to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
- The tour is not recommended for individuals with disabilities, particularly those who have difficulty walking long distances or climbing stairs, as Versailles is very large and includes numerous staircases and uneven cobblestones, both inside the buildings and throughout the gardens
- Our vehicle is not suitable for passengers with disabilities, we do not have the capacity to transport wheelchairs as well.

Best to send a message to the operator when I booked it couldn’t find the pick up from my hotel so I chose the nearest hotel but when the driver come to pick us up we went to pick someone else at the hotel I was staying little annoyed by that
Lots of walking. Very crowded and hot. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and nice. The driver for pickup was rude and his driving was terrible. Slamming on brakes frequently and weaving in and out of traffic.
Definitely wear comfortable shoes. Lots of walking but well worth it! Oh, and a hat is a must for warm weather.
Versailles was amazing to see! The tour of the palace and gardens was very interesting and so beautiful. Room after room was breathtaking. Our guide was very informative about everything we were seeing. She gave us headsets so our group of 10 could all hear.
The only thing that could have been better was if it had not been so crowded that day. There were multiple big tour buses arriving at the same time as us. But overall we enjoyed our day and glad we went.
We were very well informed by the tour company regarding our hotel pick up time and driver. Gamini was punctual and personable. Nafi, our guide for the palace and the gardens, paced our tour so very well and provided excellent commentary. We felt so fortunate to have her as our guide!

Wow! I needed a couple more days here. It is a lot to take in. Nefi did an awesome job of taking us through this humble hunting lodge. She gave us a ton of information to digest, but Nefi explained each room and the history of Versailles in a captivating way. Seriously good job. I look forward to visiting again.
Our tour guide Nairi was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and made the day fun. Our driver on the way home after a full day was disorganized and unfriendly but our day was great.
This tour was fantastic! The communication leading up to the tour kept us informed of what to expect. Our driver was punctual and informative. Our tour guide, Naffy, was incredible. She was so knowledgeable and kept the tour entertaining. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.
Requires a lot of walking and stairs, but well worth it. Our guide, Netha, was fantastic. She was engaging and very knowledgeable. The group was small enough to keep together. Our pick up was on time and comfortable. I would highly recommend this tour. The ear phones for hearing the guide were honestly the best ones I have experienced in the many tours I have been on.
Our guide was extraordinary. The tour is great and we'll worth it. It is a lot of walking 🚶♀️ so make sure you wear you most comfortable shoes. The history of the last royal families are really interesting. You are spellbound when you see the all the opulence of that era. Only focused on 20 of the 2,000 rooms and it was incredible.

For almost $ 800 for our group of 4 we should have been supplied with water with the temperature at 97 degrees.
The driver said sorry we don’t have water.

Thank you for your feedback and your kind words about our guide. We understand that you would have appreciated having water available on such a hot day.
You selected our tour limited to 11 participants. The higher price reflects the smaller guided group, allowing you to share your guide with fewer people. It does not include additional amenities: the service and advertised inclusions are otherwise the same as those of our larger-group options.
We also offer considerably less expensive tours with larger groups, giving guests the choice between a lower price and a smaller group. These alternatives are available when booking, so each traveller can select the format that best suits their preferences and budget.
As stated in the tour description, meals and drinks are not included. Our transport service is not organised to stock and distribute refreshments, and our drivers are responsible for transportation and coordinating pickups. We therefore recommend bringing sufficient drinking water, particularly during hot weather.
The tour price covers the advertised services, including professional guiding, transportation, driver costs, fuel and vehicle operating expenses. Nevertheless, we appreciate your comments about comfort in the heat and are pleased that you enjoyed the guided visit.
Lots to see during and after tour. So add an hour or two. Great places for sit down and/or takeout lunch.

Pick up from the hotel and drop off were seamless. We had Naomi as our guide and she was wonderful. Very fun and personable and gave us a lot of interesting information. My 13 year old son also loved the tour.

Carolina was a wonderful guide and host for our tour of the Louvre. Her historic knowledge was amazing, so many distinguishing artistic nuances, we felt like an art class! Also appreciate the way she moved our group of 19 through the typical Wednesday crowds, providing photo perspectives despite the mobs.
