Learn the art of chocolate-making and get to sample your creations with this class. You'll whip up all sorts of concoctions, from chocolate-dipped fruits to chocolate caramel. You'll also get to learn about--and taste—cocoa nibs and different types of chocolate, which will help you better understand the difference between chocolate flavors.

If you specify liking fruit we will find fun and tasty fresh or dried fruit for you to dip in our dark chocolate blend depending on what is in season.
