Fun activity and a lovely dinner

We had a real blast learning to cook ramen and gyoza. The instructors were really friendly and welcoming. It was really interesting working with the ingredients and trying out the technique to make everything (nearly) from scratch. Also, we were provided with the recipes and really detailed instructions afterwards, so I'm optimistic we'll be able to make this at home. Definitely got a few ideas what to look for in the supermarket while in Japan.
