The check in was seamless. Staff was very efficient and patient with answering our questions. The boat itself was clean and no issues, whatsoever. This was our first time renting and will definitely do it again next year.

The check in was nice easy and quick:) would rent again with them. Spent my birthday celebrating on a Duffy boat, such a great experience.

Good guides. Surf was rough so could not go into caves but experience was still fun and would recommend when visiting the area.
The boat trip was great. Very relaxing. But our boat ride started about 45 minutes late while we waited for everyone to find a parking spot and one of our parties didn't make it because they couldn't find parking. It would be a benefit if the venue reserved parking for their customers.
Had a great experience and won’t hesitate to rent from them again. Have rented from many companies and lots of Duffys can be worn and just really run down. Our boat was spacious and beautiful. Great service leading up to it and zero complaints!
Super easy to check in and drive the boat. Beautiful intercostal area and ride around the island. Unfortunately we were late due to SoCal traffic and there wasn’t flexibility with keeping the boat out longer (despite there being several available) but I don’t fault them since we were the late. Would recommend!
The experience was amazing! From booking the trip to arriving .. the Viator customer service was great!! The employees at the dock were so pleasant and helpful. My family was so impressed and we will definitely be coming back !!! Thank you so very much for a fun time on my birthday.

Relaxing self drive tour of Bay and Canals enjoying views of lovely homes and incredible boats. Lovely to enjoy weather and refreshments as you go.

Windy condition is not good for this experience unless you know how to navigate well! Otherwise, this is a good experience.
Rental period is 2 hours so bring your own beverages and food. Was a great time! Temperature drops at night so bring a sweater or jacket.
Did a sunset 2 hour boat ride. Awesome. Boat was clean and easy to operate. Bluetooth speaker added to the fun. Staff was helpful and nice. Bring a cooler and snacks. Highly recommend.
Fantastic evening- the boat was spotless and checking in and out was simple! We absolutely would do this again. No boating experience necessary.
