Beautiful overview of Naples!

This is a great way to get an overview of Naples. The buses come by every 30 minutes, so it was easy to get on and off. The tour guide gave us some wonderful information. The bus runs from the south side of Naples, by the train station and goes quite a bit north to see the beautiful port and some amazing views, including various palaces, a castle/fort, the shopping district. We spent a whole day exploring. The only issue was finding the pick up point on our first stop.

Horrible. Do NOT buy. No clear place to stand for bus. Just an area. Have gone via taxi from stop to stop. Missed bus once. Another stop is congested with no bus in sight. Reached out via help tab with no response 3 times. Did not get to go on tour and lost all of our money!

I loved it! I had the opportunity to see some of the highlights of this beautiful city. I had my hotel check in at 4pm, so instead of walkkng around to wait until my check in time, I had a really nice view of the city in a comfort of a bus.

Very difficult to find where bus leaves from. Not enough information on website. Found it by asking military personnel Tour was great. Very good value and you see a lot. They even stop for you to get off and take photos. You can get on/off at will, nut it is 2 hour wait for next bus

Could not find the tram. When I did it was too late and the tour company gave me a tram opportunity the next day, for a ride on a small route through town that did not have the same stops.

The Hop on Hop off was special since the guide stayed with us the whole time describing in 4 languages the site and the history of Naples. Very well organised when we arrived at the port. A very good way to see Naples in a short time span.

Our time was wasted. Here in Naples celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. As with anything we don’t expect perfection except accountability and respect. Despite numerous instant messaging be tween Viator representatives and assurance followed by email confirmation that we would be picked up at said hotel, this did not happen. In fact we only contacted Viator after numerous messages to the operator went unanswered. While at the hotel at said pick up time we saw a Hopon/Hopoff bus pass by without any signs of slowing down we saw it fade into the busy street. We have requested a refund by email as well as notified Viator about our disappointment. This to has gone unanswered. I am hoping that this is a one off situation and that your experience will be better than ours. We currently have several other tours booked with Viator and are seriously considering canceling them. Be warned and best regards.

Simplesmente, não conseguimos pegar o onibus. Os pontos de encontro são muito vagos e nos deslocamos p dois e os onibus passavam e não paravam. Ligamos p o suporte da empresa de turismo, não atenderam. Falamos com a VIATUR que, prontamente nos atendeu e tentei resolver, sem sucesso. Pedi estorno do valor pago e peguei o onibus com outra empresa.

Purtroppo mi è spiaciuto constatare che all'indirizzo di partenza indicato sul biglietto (piazza garibaldi 137) non è mai passata alcuna tramvia così, dopo richieste d'informazioni ai passanti ed ai commercianti, ci siamo spostati con la metro per raggiungere la zona del maschio angioino, dove ho potuto constatare che ogni 15/20 minuti si fermano bus a 2 piani di altre compagnie mentre la tramvia da noi prenotata passa praticamente una volta all'ora e si tratta di piccole corriere da 20/30 posti, con i conseguenti rallentamenti sull'evasione del servizio. Durante il tour, la guida si è rivelata competente nella descrizione dei punti d'interesse della città, ma devo segnalare l'inadeguatezza dell'autista che, in prossimità di un dosso (non ho visto se artificiale o causato dall'asfalto deformato dalle radici degli alberi, ma non stava a me accorgermene), probabilmente per una colpevole distrazione non si è accorto della sua presenza, non ha rallentato e ha fatto letteralmente saltare corriera e passeggeri rischiando di compromettere la loro incolumità (io soffro di 2 protrusioni discali ma per fortuna non ho avuto conseguenze perché ho cercato di ammortizzare il colpo restando sospeso in piedi al passaggio con l'asse posteriore). Ultima considerazione, per quanto l'aspetto meno importante, non ho capito la scelta della musica fatta suonare a giro quasi terminato: dopo una serie di canzoni icona della musica italiana (toto cutugno, domenico modugno, eros ramazzotti, etc), sono iniziati brani disco anni 90 il cui nesso coi precedenti era ignoto, dando l'idea di canzoni caricate a caso senza un filo logico ma questo, come ho scritto, è ovviamente la considerazione meno rilevante.
