Anna was great! She was flexible with our plans and very knowledgable. The van was comfortable and cold on hot day! Loved seeing the grottos!
A great experience, was very flexible with start time, upgraded us to a larger van too. Saw lots of great sites, Mdina, Dingli Cliffs, old town, & catacombs. Our driver Joseph was friendly and accommodating, took great care of us. Would highly recommend these folks!
This trip felt disorganized. There was an itinerary listed when we signed up and it was not the itinerary that we followed. Our guide did ask us what we wanted to see and we added two places that were very close to the things on the original itinerary. Understandable, other places would be eliminated due to time constraints. Non of this was communicated. We had to ask all of the questions. We should also note that our driver and guide were not in sync/communication. One did not know that the other was doing and we wasted a lot of time waiting for our vehicle. That said, our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.
There was NO ONE at the designated pickup point. NO ONE answered the phone for a half hour before the tour and ten minutes after it was supposed to start. NO ONE answered our texts for quite some time thereafter. Then, when FINALLY -Margaret with Malta Tours- answered our texts, she tried to blame it on us, that we needed to answer emails sent the day before the tour. We’re on vacation; we not looking at email. We also had already answered those questions when we setup the tour - months ago. We were then told it was ‘Viator’s fault’ because Viator had not sent Malta Tours the needed information until an hour before the tour. I asked Malta Tours many times to make things right. However, eventually (after a lot of wasted time) we only received a refund and an offer on another tour later that day. However, a refund does little for us when we’re in the middle of an island -off the beaten path- for a limited amount of time, and a later tour did nothing for us too, because we had to get back to the ship. Malta Tours should, certainly, be avoided.
We were disappointed from the start. We had a reservation for 7 people and they brought a vehicle for 6 then argued that we had a reservation for 5. Took pictures of fishing boats, the highest point in Malta, saw Medina which was very interesting and NEVER REALLY got into Valleta to see some of the incredible churches. Our guide was very soft spoken and very hard to hear. We got no history information about Malta when we were driving between sites. It took exactly 4 hours.
My tour with Gerald was fantastic. I'm a photographer and was keen to visit suitable places. He planned the trip perfectly and I got some amazing photos. At the same time Gerald gave me a great insight into Malta's history, good restaurants and other interesting tip bits. I would highly recommend Gerald to people looking for a day tour of Malta.

So, firstly, thay changed pick point, so we go to their in 2 time longer. Secondly. Half excurs ion driver with guide spoke only in Malta's lan guage, it's was like 2 friends pick up us on th e road and keep speaking. Thirdly. When we booked we saw a lot off locations, but we visi ted just 3, because to the fourth we arrived o urselves., how they answered you just have h alf day excursion, and they proposed for us c omfortable places for their not for us. Probabl y that's enough, everything else is not import ant, but was much more negative thinks.
Mariella was a wonderful guide: knowledgeable, enthusiastic, flexible. Janet was a good driver and team member with guide. The private tour was perfect for our 4.

A well organized tour, with a very knowledge guide. Our guide was friendly and showed us amazing spots along the tour. The only thing I wish was that we were given an option on swimming spots so we can choice the village spot since the beach chosen was the best.

this was a car driver not a tour . just drop off at spots and text when you are done . dont waste your money
Mariella our guide did a fantastic job. She was very punctual well organized, and a very friendly person to tour with. Her knowledge of the tour sites was excellent and kept us very informed. She did a great job of navigating us around the crowds which provided for a wonderful touring day.

My mother and I booked this tour and we had an incredible experience! Our tour guide and driver Gerald was absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job showing us the many highlights of the Island such as the blue grotto, dingley cliffs, M’dina and the Mosta Rotunda. We both would highly recommend Gerald and this tour for anyone interested.
The tour was great Karla explained the history and what we were seeing in an interesting and fun way. She was friendly and appeared happy to show us her country, She and the driver (George) listened to what we wanted to see and were able to squeeze a lot in our hours together - yet we did not feel rushed. Wished we had done the full day tour to see even more.

One of many local tours of the island. The guide was decent and knowledgeable, and the driver seem new. We had a group of 11 so her voice was not easy to hear. We went to only 5 stops and while we added St Johns, we did not go to the Fishing Village, the Mosta Rotunda, or Popeye Village. We traded off the beaches as not necessary. We could have saved 25 minutes at St Johns, if we were informed the need to purchase tickets in advance.

The tour was exceptional although it was raining . The guide Carmen and driver Gerard changed the itinerary because of the rain so we could see all the destinations

We loved going to Medina, seeing the blue grotto from high up, and seeing the cathedral in Musto. The tour was under 4 hours, and we wished we could have done the boats at the blue grotto, but if you ask ahead of time they can arrange that for you. It’s only about 20 minutes boat ride. Carmen was a great guide.

It was an absolutely amazing tour. Mariella was a phenomenal. She is incredibly personable, professional and knowledgeable. Because we had a private tour with children and 3 generations she was also incredibly flexible. I absolutely must recommend her

The tour company had the wrong pick up time. They were able to provide us with a bus and a driver who spoke very little English. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fully enjoy our experience since the company could not provide a license tour guide.

Wow! What a great tour! We went to Monaco and drove the Grand Prix course two weeks before it was actually there. Irina was an amazing driver and guide, was very knowledgeable and adapted the tour to our needs!!

Nice city. Not enough time to do everything that the tour “includes”. It would be great to align priorities before starting and not be subject to driver’s will. We almost lost the opportunity to see the blue grotto, had to implore him to go back.
