Guide very knowledgeable. Provides history and many points of interest. Recommendations to guide : 1-start tour in a quieter area, entrance to gate was crowded with children, buses and other mega tour groups. 2- change to a personal loudspeaker or upgrade to better receivers and earphones, as there was a lot of static and noise.

The guide was great,very informative without going over the top with facts and figures. The only downside was more than 15 people on the tour which was overcrowded so not enough headsets! My wife is deaf in one ear and didn’t get a headset so very disappointed
