Fun family friendly entertainment. Beach is lovely and floating obstacles were out so plenty of fun. Just very hot and little escape from summer heat in this village. Sun beds taken up very quickly but not all by people there to enjoy the popeye memories.
Made a great movie with the cast who were super friendly and fun. Nice way to remember the lovely Robin Williams.

Great place to go with friends and family. Get there early to follow the plan. Avoid going between end of June and mid August. Best plan for April or September if you can.
Adults without children will not enjoy the experience as much as adults with kids in the ages 8-12.
There is place for changing, showering, storing a midsize backpack.

We had such a great time at Popeye village. The actors were brilliant and the set was amazing. loved the water activities. We took part in the Take 2 filming experience. it was great fun!!! We watched the movie back in the cimena and for 5 euro you could have a copy sent to your email as a keepsake. The director who made the film was amazing and we all had such a great time filming. Would definitely recommend a trip here. Totally loved it!!!

This is such a cool place for a day out. Make sure you are there for either 11am or 2pm as twice a day they let you take part in acting out some scenes, they film it and play it in their cinema on site and you can by the video for €5. It was the highlight of the day and trip for us.
Beware the entrance into the set it down a steep hill and the exit the same way. I did see a van driving into the set with people who had mobility issues but not sure how that was booked.
Definitely worth a visit and such a bargin price as well.

We considered this trip well worth the money. Plenty to see and do although it’s not a theme park. A few wee shows with the characters, lovely views, private cove and pool and lots of cabanas included. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

What a great little place. I had a a lovely three hours here. I got the bus, which drops you off right outside. It’s not massive, which is great under the Maltese sun. There’s free popcorn in the cinema that you can eat as you watch a short film about the making of the movie and free guided tours also with some information about the movie. There’s also shows put on about every hour with songs and short sketches from the movie. The staff were very friendly and the characters will let you take as many photos and selfies as you want. Prices for food and drink are very reasonable. It’s definitely a place to go to see in Malta and great for all ages.
