Starting place was a little uncertain for us as the ferry was not running from Valletta, so we took a taxi. We were at the correct place, as was pinpoint s by Viator, but there was some confusion. The tour was full of information, history and beautiful sights of th 3 Cities.

I honestly didn’t expect much when booking this, but it turned out to be amazing. Karl, our guide, was hilarious, super friendly, and really knows his stuff. His way of telling stories made the history of the Three Cities unforgettable. Definitely one of the best experiences we had in Malta.

From Valletta need to be clear that you need to take a ferry over to one of the three cities and ferry schedule to ensure you are on time for the start of the tour.

Was a great wander around the 3 cities with lots of information about the history of the area. Any questions were answered with great consideration given to the average weather we had with a few times where we had some rain. Totally suggest getting the local gondola boats back to Valletta instead of the ferry too!

We had a great tour of the Three Cities. Our guide Carl was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. He was engaging and passionate about the subject and the culture from different perspectives. He was also very witty. The walk was well paced but quite easy. The Three Cities area is beautiful and not to be missed.

A great insightful tour of the three cities in Malta, would definitely recommend. Karl was engaging and was conscious of keeping us all in the shade. There was 7 of us on the tour at 2pm, the maximum they do is 50 people.

We did Chris’ 3 cities tour in the morning and enjoyed it so much we decided to book on to his Valletta tour in the afternoon. Chris was kind enough to offer us a lift to Valletta when he saw us at the bus stop. Chris is very knowledgeable and a great storyteller, both tours were very interesting and he took the time to get to know everyone. The pace was comfortable so no one was left behind and he’d always ensure to point out good spots for pictures and step aside as to not photobomb them. This was a great way to see Valletta if you have a short amount of time and don’t know where to go, and the stories were entertaining as well! Thank you Chris for a brilliant day!

The walking tour was extremely informative and very enjoyable. Learnt so much from Chris about the history of Malta and he took us to see and hear about places we would never have found on our own. It was a small group which was great and the walking was at a gentle pace and not too taxing if like me you are not as fit as you would like to be! We were recommended to book this tour with Chris of Best Tours Malta by our travel agent who had taken the tour himself and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone interested in the history of Malta. We had booked another tour with Chris around Mdina and Rabat but very disappointingly we had to cancel as my husband was ill as I am sure this too would have been very enjoyable
