Awful experience, do not recommend!

Tour was cancelled without any notification. Had to call Viator for answers. All they did was refund, nothing else. This completely ruined an entire day of a vacation.

Seaside tour to Gozo and the Blue Lagoon at Comino

Great ride out to Gozo and the Blue Lagoon. Getting off the ship at the Lagoon while it’s wavy is definitely Not for the physically challenged or too old to jump a couple of feet down. Getting back on seems easier to a point but again plank is constantly bobbing up and down.

Different tickets for the boat to gozo and for coming blue lagoon (free) but still has to be booked. Not enough information on the site, but once you find the kiosk from which the boat leaves all staff is friendly and helpful.

The guy in charge never smiles. The bus driver doesn’t either. Was quite an unfriendly atmosphere for such a great deal of money whilst on the boat

Not that worthy, you don’t have to go on a trip with small boat to see caves. It was just a waste of money, but we had a good time riding to the caves. Trip is okay, you have a things to se in Victoria but just 3 hours for exploring.

Thanks for the feedback. The small boat ride to see the caves is done by a third party. You're not obliged to do it if you don't want to. Had you preferred to explore Gozo more, we have other tours more focused on just Gozo. Thank you

A beautiful place ruined by over exposure

The Blue Lagoon is truly beautiful A spectacular place ruined by far too many visitors There is nowhere to sit. People are rude about space inconsiderate of others and generally spoil a sensational experience

Unfortunately yes, you find certain inconsiderate people everywhere. May I suggest (for next time) that you walk further into Comino and explore other parts of the island, it's a lot bigger than one expects.

Extremely frustrated

No boat arrived on the location. Locals told us all boat tours were cancelled due to bad weather. But Viator never advised us. No reply on my email and no answer on the contact number provided in the website. Terrible experience very disappointing.

Furthermore, our terms and conditions allow us to cancel trips due to adverse weather conditions - safety first, always. The trip to Comino was the the highlight. Gozo was unfortunately did not involve and guide regarding the island.

Thank you for writing to us. This is not a guided tour as stated on the brochure. Its a 1 hour drive around parts of Gozo with a 1 hour stop in the Citadella, quick visit to Ta Pinu and approx 2 hours in Comino.

Sorry to hear this, but the tour you selected is not a guided tour. It's simply a mini van drive around parts of Gozo, with a couple of stops - including the capital. Then approx 2.5 hours in Comino. Fine for a day out

This booking is a good way to see lots of places in a short time and the boat is nice with AC. The mini van doesn’t have AC but has the air on to keep you cooler. I felt that after turning up ahead of the scheduled departure time (10am) to be told that the boat was full wasn’t great, as a big group of us had to wait 40 mins with no shade for the next boat. Why not have a 10am and a 1030am option? Then after the trip around Gozo in the mini van we got dropped back for the boat being told it would be along in 5-10 mins and it took 20-25 mins for it to arrive, and the only shade was one parasol for a big group. I would have liked to hire a snorkel but there was no mention of it from the guides, until I went on the top deck on the return and I saw a sign saying it was €5 (I think it said €3 on the booking page). I bought a drink on the boat, opened it and was about to drink it and noticed it was out of date so I took it back and exchanged it no problem, but it got put back in the fridge which was a bit odd! Overall it was fine for a day out without having to plan, reasonably priced and ticked a lot of places off the list. I chose it for the reviews I read but in honesty I wouldn’t recommend it, however it could have just been an off day as most other reviews on Viator are great, and hopefully these comments are constructive.

Thank you for the comments, these will only help improve our services. Re the mini van in Gozo we are aware of this and going forward we will be arranging to have a bus instead of a mini van - we are in talks with the Gozo operators about this as this is a third party operator and not our own. But we're working on it. Re boarding the ferry I'm sorry you were unable to board the first ferry at 10am and had to wait. We have another ferry at 10:30am (which is the one you caught) and another at 12:30 - all leaving from Sliema. We try our best to board passengers swiftly but sometimes it does take time. Same with berthing the boat. Re snorkels, thank you. We will include this on the page. We currently have signs affixed to the boat (upstairs and downstairs) stating that such equipment can be rented. Re the drink - that's very bad. We do not operate the bar as this is not our area of expertise, but we will certainly have a word with them about this! Apologies. Best trip to see both islands Gozo and Blue Lagoon, Comino. There is plenty time to visit Victoria and then swim to cool down. Definitely recommend

The catamaran is certainly beautiful new comfortable with air conditioning. The cruise was fantastic, the staff were really friendly and they showed us great views because we did the full itinerary Comino and Gozo by minibus .... And so in one day we saw so much ... Definitely recommend

Solo traveller here! Traveling to gozo on the iSeeMalta vessel was quite an experience to start with. The vessel feels brand new and is fully Air-conditioned so basically it gets you to gozo In comfort. The ride was very easy and quite fast too.. Once in gozo i enjoyed an approx 2 hour tour stopping at the wonderful Ta Pinu Shrine and also in citadella (plenty of things to see it’s marvelous). In the afternoon I got to comino from mgarr (gozo) and spent time swimming in the beautiful blue lagoon… it was a great day! The blue lagoon is really something else! Loved the experience and will recommend it to anyone! Super tour ;)

Good Value of money

Well the value of money is great thats why this stands out. Michael the mediator was the only person who was actually helpful and I could reach out to him whenever I wanted on WhatsApp for any info. However, it's quite different than other countries where the itenary and schedule is clear from the very start. This was more spontaneous and even confusing on the negative side. Personally I would always lay extra to go with a smaller group but this was an exception and overall good because of the value of money

Una ESTAFA UN ENGAÑO MUY MALEDUCADOS LOS STAFF

Me parece una estafa , muy mal explicado en qué consistía la excursión, y cuando preguntabas a los stafff , se limitaban a gritarte que fueras a un autobús donde te pasas 30 minutos sin aire acondicionado para subir a ver una única iglesia sin ninguna explicación . Tienes 15 minutos y otra vez al autobús donde te vuelven a soltar en el pueblo sin indicarte que lugar es interesante para visitar una hora y media de visita en la ciudad de Gozo sin explicación alguna , luego te llevan al blue lagoon que es muy bonito pero lleno de gente y muy sucio en algunas zonas . Pierdes todo el día y lo único que vale la pena es el blue laggon, mejor coge el ferry y vas directo al blue lagoon y te cuesta solo 10 euros , no 30 Al día siguiente hice una excursión en catamarán con la misma empresa y fue estupenda.

Belle excursion, mais 0 communication de l'équipe à bord. Il y a des arrêts qui ne sont pas signalés à l'aller. Au retour, nous n'avons aucune information quand le bateau s'est arrêté. Nous sommes donc descendues pensant être arrivées. L'arrêt n'était pas le bon, les bus de la compagnie IseeMalta ont refusé de nous prendre. Au final, nous avons mis plus de deux heures en transports en communs pour rentrer à notre hôtel.
