Ivan was our host who was alot of fun. Very knowledgeable about the process of making a sangria and all the local cheeses you may find during your time in Spain. Plenty of samples and so much Sangria!! Whatever doesn’t get finished can be taken when the class is done. After the class, Ivan sent us a massive list of recommendations for the Madrid area, and the recipes for the sangria! Highly recommend, definitely worth it and would do it again if I came back to Madrid

What a fun evening! My husband and I had a great time with the others in our class making sangria, trading cheeses and sharing our recent adventures in travel. This is a fun experience to learn how to make authentic sangria. The timing of the activity was not well planned and there needs to be another dish or something made to help fill out the time. We did all have to cut up fruit but the knife was very dull and dangerous. Overall, did not feel like an overall good value. The guide was nice and inclusive and made it fun however

This was a great way to spend the early evening. We made two delicious sangrias. The white sangria was a real revelation! We also had four cheeses from Spain and a chance to sit and chat with our fellow visitors. Very enjoyable. Would recommend. And immense value for money too.

It was such a wonderful experience. The group was small and friendly, and the workshop walked us through each step and ingredient for making both white and red wine sangria. Dani, our guide, was so unbelievably sweet, making the experience interactive and asking us questions about the history of sangria and such. At the end, the cheeses were amazing, as Dani walked us through the unique nuances in each cheese and in cheese tasting in general. She also provided us with many recommendations for the best food, wine, and sights, among many more things. My dad and I went to this workshop and we had a fantastic time! The only thing I would suggest for anyone looking to book this is to do it at the beginning of your trip, as I only wish we had time to utilize the many recommendations before we left. Overall, wonderful experience, and Dani was absolutely amazing!

Absolutely amazing! Ivan is the best! Sangria was incredible. We made red and white. We also got all kinds of cheeses, fruit, bread and sweet treats. Well worth the money!

Wow! What a great experience. All you can eat wine, cheese and bread! Ivan was so patient with our group and when the wine was running short, he ran to the kitchen.. and I mean "ran" and refilled it for us. Clearly a guy who loves his job and works hard. Best bang for your buck in Madrid speaking tour wise.
