Finally, after just 20 minutes, return to your departure point, having experienced the best of the city's skyline in just a short amount of time.

Booked what I thought was departure from south bank pier because I even checked the map to ensure we could make it on time from another activity with two boys. When I realized they were miles away we made our way there. Huge traffic delays due to emergency vehicles going to paleiamejt. I tried texting but no response. Finally called and they said our boat had left and there were no spots for the rest of the night. No voucher, nothing for a delay we couldn’t control. It’s nothing for them to offer a voucher but instead our boys were disappointed. Horrible customer service policy.

Fast and fun! Great outing for a hot day! Fun for all ages! Kids enjoyed it, as well. The 45 min ride was perfect. I think the 20 min ride would be too short.

I had a car crash with my daughter and was unable to attend. My daughter who is 8 was devastated we couldn’t do it. I’ve called and emailed and heard nothing back about rescheduling. Truly disappointed and sad with the situation.

From the moment we arrived to when we disembarked it was brilliant.Billy and his mate (didn’t catch his name)were great,explaining the safety rules and what to expect,then we were off.
As we got closer to Canary Wharf we picked up speed,it was amazing.We enjoyed every minute and definitely recommend it.

An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish!! It was raining so aswell as the thrill of the speed zooming down past London Bridge to the sounds of the James Bond theme tune we felt the rain in our faces and it made for an even more exciting ride!

We were excited for this trip, we booked the trip on the way to the marina (about an hour before departure) while on our way the underground shut down with us on it. We talked to the operator as there was no way for us to get out and to the location. They said they had to go on time (understandable) but shouldn't be a problem getting a refund. Viator says they care about customer service but even though this outtage was out of our control and already scarry in another country and stuck on a train underground they didn't provide a refund or any option to do tour later. Very disappointed as this is a company I go to alot to help with travel plans. When in other countries you rely on services like this but there is no customer service. I recommend booking directly and NOT USING VIATOR

Took my 7 year old grandson on a ride and he went completely bananas. There were only two others on the boat besides the crew so there was plenty of room for us to all have our own seat. It was a great way to see London, zipping along listening to the James Bond theme. Very good time and built memories that will last a lifetime.

This was a nice suprise for my Granddaughters birthday. She loved it. It was exciting also with a little knowledge of London thrown in. The guys we polite and made you feel safe, so all good. Would recommend this as a thrill for London😆

The friendly welcome and then the exciting ride itself with the dramatic twists and turns. James Bond tunes playing in the background made me laugh. You can start to fantasise you’re in the film whilst feeling completely safe.
