A little pricey for a short ride that was under the 20 minutes promised but the whole
family agreed it was a lot of fun and a highlight of our trip! Louder music, a guide pointing out landmarks w some London Trivia when boat was going slowly and water bottles on the way out would've been a nice touch.
Excellent. We went with 2 x 72 year olds, 18 yr, 16 yr
12yr 11 yr and 8 year olds. We all loved it. Glad we only had the 20 minutes as we all want to go again but think the 45 minutes would be too long
Great fun tearing along the Thames and seeing Canary Wharf from the water. Small group - just 12 passengers per trip + 2 very friendly crew. They played the 007 theme during the ride which was fun. Don’t forget to get your photos at the end!

Really good ride and a great way to see the sights from the river at speed. We did the shorter ride but I’d do it all again.
Relax and enjoy! Well run and great staff. This should be on everyone's bucket list if visiting London.

Booked what I thought was departure from south bank pier because I even checked the map to ensure we could make it on time from another activity with two boys. When I realized they were miles away we made our way there. Huge traffic delays due to emergency vehicles going to paleiamejt. I tried texting but no response. Finally called and they said our boat had left and there were no spots for the rest of the night. No voucher, nothing for a delay we couldn’t control. It’s nothing for them to offer a voucher but instead our boys were disappointed. Horrible customer service policy.

Really fun, a bit too expensive for the time but worth it for the fun anyways. Very nice songs giving the mood for the ride!
Fast and fun! Great outing for a hot day! Fun for all ages! Kids enjoyed it, as well. The 45 min ride was perfect. I think the 20 min ride would be too short.
I had a car crash with my daughter and was unable to attend. My daughter who is 8 was devastated we couldn’t do it. I’ve called and emailed and heard nothing back about rescheduling. Truly disappointed and sad with the situation.

It is lively but short. The activity is well organised, good quality equipment and attention to safety details. Scary but confident in staff ability to do a good job. A one off experience.
Thrill seeking trip along the Thames to Canary Wharf travelling at high speed with stunning views of the old wharehouses, Tower Bridge and the City.
Was a lot of fun. We had the whole boat to ourselves. Lots of laughs. Met friends there and our teenagers loved it much more than some of the more historic sites. They wanted to do it again.
Non-scary exhilarating speed from Tower Pier through St Katherine’s dock - great to take the kids or go with friends

Really good experience : excellent commentary and my grandson loved the highspeed bit ( well , ok , so did I ) .
From the moment we arrived to when we disembarked it was brilliant.Billy and his mate (didn’t catch his name)were great,explaining the safety rules and what to expect,then we were off.
As we got closer to Canary Wharf we picked up speed,it was amazing.We enjoyed every minute and definitely recommend it.
An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish!! It was raining so aswell as the thrill of the speed zooming down past London Bridge to the sounds of the James Bond theme tune we felt the rain in our faces and it made for an even more exciting ride!
We paid for the ride , travelled across London which took 1 hour, on arrival we was informed the trip was cancelled- still waiting for a refund.

We were excited for this trip, we booked the trip on the way to the marina (about an hour before departure) while on our way the underground shut down with us on it. We talked to the operator as there was no way for us to get out and to the location. They said they had to go on time (understandable) but shouldn't be a problem getting a refund. Viator says they care about customer service but even though this outtage was out of our control and already scarry in another country and stuck on a train underground they didn't provide a refund or any option to do tour later. Very disappointed as this is a company I go to alot to help with travel plans. When in other countries you rely on services like this but there is no customer service. I recommend booking directly and NOT USING VIATOR

Took my 7 year old grandson on a ride and he went completely bananas. There were only two others on the boat besides the crew so there was plenty of room for us to all have our own seat. It was a great way to see London, zipping along listening to the James Bond theme. Very good time and built memories that will last a lifetime.
