Excellent experience with friends for our partners 50th birthdays. We loved it. Great day out. The guy who lead the experience was fantastic and I’m gutted I can’t remember his name but my trip was at 1pm on Sunday 9th July so that may be able to track who it was. He was so funny and made it a brilliant trip. Will definitely go on this again when back in London

This tour company does not even deserve the 1 star! My family and I showed up for our cruise with paperwork in hand. They informed me that even though the paperwork said that we had an appointment and we were in the correct place that they had booked us on another tour and in a different location. They informed me that the tour that we were booked for was overbooked and they could not take us! No one tried to accommodate us or get us on another tour. I even called them later that day to see if we could get something the following day and no one called me back. This tour company is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone!!!
