- Please arrive at the time you have booked at The Larch. A 1-hour timeslot is allocated for your meal. Late arrivals may not be guaranteed seating.
- Entry to Sky Garden is subject to a security check and bag search. After security, an elevator will take you to Sky Garden.
- Sky Garden is a cashless venue. Photo ID is requested for access (challenge 25).
- The Sky Garden balcony is closed through out various times of the day for security reasons.
- Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the audio guide. WiFi is available at Sky Garden to assist with your download.
- Children are not permitted to visit Sky Garden in the evening,

The food at Larch was very good and filling. While the service was slow, overall we liked it. The second half was really a highly situated bar with great views that were challenging to access because of the crowd. We didn't go to the top floor as it was a travel day and we felt to tired to climb the formidable and lengthy staircase, which was also crowded with people trying to take pictures. Also, don't expect anyone to guide you or check in on you. Not misrepresented in the add copy but less than we expected.

The Sky Garden is awesome everyone should go. I loved looking out on every side. I enjoyed a beer and watched the sunset. I did not have a good time at the restaurant.

The Larch restaurant was marginally ok. The fixed menu was not inspiring. The “garden “ was basically non existent. A bunch of plants in big pots. It’s really only a big bar. And there was an event scheduled so access was limited

Really enjoyed the food and sat out on the terrace. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly professional staff. Sky garden is really worth visiting too. Amazing views at the top and really buzzing atmosphere. Great fun and recommend to all travelkers
Brilliant! What a great night out - the restaurant service was excellent, as was the meal. And we chose the finest night to enjoy the sunset at the Sky Gardens, the musicians were great.

The Larch restaurant is not at top of sky garden and across street at bottom. NOT at top. Viator are False advertising and conning people. There is a restaurant at top called Fenchurch restaurant. Dont be fooled by this con used by viator.

The dinner was served promptly & food was OK. Easy access to the sky garden deck was achieved by showing our signed restaurant docket. Although the sky deck was closed great views of the Thames & London were available from the Sky Garden.
In a nutshell, the staff was extremely helpful, even moved our reservation up a day for our convenience on the spot. Easy access, beautiful gardens and views.
Good food at Larch restaurant, easy to enter Sky Garden great experience. I have tried twice before to get into Sky Garden. It was nice to have a guaranteed entrance.
The sky garden was beautiful! Had tickets for 630 at the larch. We got in around 615. The wait staff was friendly but our waitress was very slow at helping us. Watched 3 groups come in after us and leave before us. Didn't get out of there till almost 8 which was way too long for only a small 2 course meal. It was very good food. but the tickets for the sky garden started at 730. Line to get into there was long. Didn't actually get in there till almost 830

I have lived and worked in London since 2012. I watched this building being built but have never ever thought of going there. I had a special event happening over the weekend and decided to explore the sky gardens and restaurants with my daughter. We weren’t disappointed. What a lovely space with great views. We ate in one of the restaurants and again we weren’t disappointed. I would highly recommend a visit.

I honestly don’t think our trip was worth the money at all. The food at The Larch was fine, but we ended up standing around for 30 minutes waiting to get up to Sky Garden, only to find out that we needed a table reservation, so we couldn’t sit anywhere.
The music was so loud that we couldn’t talk to each other, and the back and highest area of Sky Garden was closed off. We spent maybe 10 minutes up there before going back down again.
It was a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. I think it would be fair if we were refunded half of the amount.
We definitely won’t be booking this again.
It was not clear that restaurant is not at the top of Skygarden but in another building near Skygarden. You also need to attend restaurant first so we missed the sunlight time.

Nice location. Down side is the food. For the price you pay, the portion size is disappointing and nothing special when it comes to the taste. For dessert which cost around £8, you get 1 scoop of gelato. Terrible.

Very average food experience with slow, laissez-faire service. We had to send some wine back as it was disgusting. However once you go up to the Sky Garden, it’s pretty cool! A great thing to do with friends!
