Tickets are only valid for the booked date and timeslot. Access to Sky Garden is valid for 1 hour after your meal and must be used on the same day. All purchases are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferrable.

Please arrive at the time you have booked for dinner at The Larch. A 1-hour timeslot is allocated for your meal. Late arrivals may not be guaranteed seating.
For bookings of over 8 people, please contact VoxCity directly.
Entry to Sky Garden is subject to a security check and bag search. After security, an elevator will take you to Sky Garden.
Sky Garden is a cashless venue. Photo ID is requested for access (challenge 25).
The Sky Garden balcony is closed everyday after 6:00pm for security reasons.
Scan the QR code on your voucher to download the audio guide. WiFi is available at Sky Garden to assist with your download.
This experience is for adults only (18+). Children are not permitted to visit Sky Garden from 6:00pm on weekdays and 9:00pm on weekends.

Not worth the money!

I honestly don’t think our trip was worth the money at all. The food at The Larch was fine, but we ended up standing around for 30 minutes waiting to get up to Sky Garden, only to find out that we needed a table reservation, so we couldn’t sit anywhere. The music was so loud that we couldn’t talk to each other, and the back and highest area of Sky Garden was closed off. We spent maybe 10 minutes up there before going back down again. It was a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. I think it would be fair if we were refunded half of the amount. We definitely won’t be booking this again.

It was not clear that restaurant is not at the top of Skygarden but in another building near Skygarden. You also need to attend restaurant first so we missed the sunlight time.

Nice location. Down side is the food. For the price you pay, the portion size is disappointing and nothing special when it comes to the taste. For dessert which cost around £8, you get 1 scoop of gelato. Terrible.

Restaurant was good, food good, service good. Sky garden was a let down. Super cold in there, like ice cold. Couldn’t stay it was so cold it was not enjoyable to be there.

Very average food...

Very average food experience with slow, laissez-faire service. We had to send some wine back as it was disgusting. However once you go up to the Sky Garden, it’s pretty cool! A great thing to do with friends!

Bad food. Bad experience. Don’t spend your money here. It’s a tourist trap. You expect dinner in Skygarden, but you eat very bad Italian food opposite the entrance from Skygarden.

We booked the package “Sky Garden Access + 2-course dinner at Larch Restaurant” and were very disappointed overall. The food in the restaurant was unfortunately only average. It was not bad, but for around 120 € including drinks absolutely not appropriate. Taste rather unspectacular, no particular quality or presentation – definitely not an experience that justifies this price. However, what is particularly negative: The restaurant is not located in the Sky Garden building, but next door in another building. However, the pictures and the presentation on offer give the impression that everything belongs directly together. This is simply misleading and does not correspond to actual experience on the ground. The organization around Sky Garden access was then the next big criticism. We were told that we had to eat at the restaurant first before getting access. After dinner, however, we were turned away on the grounds that there was currently no space available, and we should come back in 20 minutes. When we came back, we were denied access again – without a solution, without accommodation. So in the end we paid for an “included” experience that we couldn’t use at all. Especially annoying: Access to Sky Garden is normally free. This is where supposed added value is sold, which is neither guaranteed nor reliably organised in practice. Unfortunately, the whole thing looks like a deliberately embellished offer. Conclusion: Mediocre food, misleading presentation and poor organization. For the price absolutely not justified and definitely not a recommendation
