The view is beautiful from upstairs, very much worth it. Come 10-15 min earlier as it is always a que to go in. The only thing is you have only 2 basic pastries to choose from; they do have more options but you cannot upgrade and pay the difference.

Do not do early access tour. We got to the sky deck at 8:15, ate our pastry, and had to wait until 10 to go on the outside deck My review is not a reflection in Viator. They are wonderful. It’s based on the SkyDexk itself. However, I don’t think this tour is worth the price

At 9:15 am there was no line to go up. Once there we could only see views on three sides as the fourth was blocked off for a “class in session” despite there being no class. There was a long line for grabbing the pastry and coffee, of which there is limited options. The views that you do have are good and the plants up there are nice.

Not worth the money

Would not pay to do early access. Its free normally. Its not as full of plants as expected and over priced to go in early. Lovely views but you have to wait until 11 when its open to the public to go on the terrace anyway. You are literally paying for a coffe and dry croissant.

There are many steps inside the building on both sides to access the skyline views. There was a delay in accessing one area as a Pilates class was finishing so setup was incomplete. Visitors needed to wait 30 minutes. View of the London Bridge is hard in the morning due to the angle of the rising sun. Local people and businesses (7) do not know the location of Sky Garden so do not rely on locals to help with directions. They don't know what it is, what the building looks like, or its location.

The inside is beautiful, however I did expect more greenery. I was also disappointed that you cannot go into the balcony, although, it was so cloudy/foggy you couldn’t see much anyways, which obviously is out of their control. Would definitely come back during regular hours to be able to use the balcony and hopefully see more!

Go by yourself without going through Viator.

Very expensive for a mediocre service, crowded with people, 30 minutes of waiting for a coffee. freezing (AC at 15 degrees). The "delicious pastry" boils down to the choice: a cardboard-like croissant or pain au chocolat. The coffee was good. The coffee/pastry package on-site is 6 pounds. Knowing that entry to the garden is free. Paying 20- for the ticket .. the service is not up to par. 1 elevator out of 2 and 1 restroom out of 2 broken down in the middle of the season. It increases the waiting time. Book on the site around 11 a.m. or during the day, wait in line anyway but at least it's free. And the view is magnificent.

Waste of money

As a visitor, you felt like you weren't expected. The staff was mopping the floor and setting up chairs. For the so-called “breakfast” (1 croissant or 1 pain au chocolat) you stood in line for a good 50 minutes and then another 35 minutes for 1 drink! Very poor organization! The view from the Sky Garden was magnificent! I would not book this arrangement again and would look to get free admission instead.
