Meeting Points – Central London Please wait in the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the scheduled pick-up time. If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided. Waiting Time Policy – Central London We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up. If passengers don't show within 15 minutes, extended waiting will be charged from £12.50 per 15-minute slot, depending on the vehicle category. Payment may be made directly to the driver in cash or via secure payment link. To avoid delays and additional fees, we kindly ask passengers to be ready for collection at the confirmed time. No-Show: If after 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible. Misleading advertisement.

First of all the Advertisement was very misleading, showing all Mercedes vehicles. Instead for $477.50 the driver showed up dressed in jeans and sweatshirt driving a small 4 seater car that barely fit our 2 carry on bags and 2 backpacks. It was a terrible and very uncomfortable ride from London to Stonehenge and from Stonehenge to Southampton. ( 3 hrs). Not to mention the driver was receiving text messages about every 30-60 seconds. We use Viatour all the time all through Europe and Canada and never encountered a more disappointing experience. We do not recommend this to anyone.

We also offer a range of upgraded options, including Executive and Business MPV vehicles (such as Mercedes-Benz), for those seeking additional space and a more premium chauffeur-style experience. On this occasion, we provided a larger MPV vehicle at no additional cost, offering more space than the category originally reserved. Regarding the journey duration, the estimated travel time of around 3 hours refers to driving time without traffic. As clearly stated in the product description, this experience includes a 75-minute stop at Stonehenge, and the total duration of the trip can take up to approximately 4.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions on the day. We always aim to provide a reliable and comfortable service, and for clients who prefer a higher-end experience, our Executive and Luxury options include professionally presented chauffeurs and premium vehicles. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure expectations are as clear as possible for all our customers.
