The driver will keep in touch and confirm their exact arrival time. If you use WhatsApp or iMessage, you will receive live updates. Please ensure your phone is switched on to allow smooth coordination. If you encounter any issues, you can always reach the office or driver using the contact details provided. Meeting Points – Central London Please wait in the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the scheduled pick-up time. If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided. Waiting Time Policy – Central London We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up. If passengers don't show within 15 minutes, extended waiting will be charged from £12.50 per 15-minute slot, depending on the vehicle category. Payment may be made directly to the driver in cash or via secure payment link. To avoid delays and additional fees, we kindly ask passengers to be ready for collection at the confirmed time. No-Show: If after 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible. Luggage Assistance Your driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle. Assistance is provided for both loading and unloading to ensure a comfortable experience.

Natalia was amazing! She drove us from London to Southampton via Stonehedge. She stayed in constant touch with us so we knew where we needed to meet her, where she would be waiting for us and the best part, we just had a really fun conversation the whole drive down. If I ever have the chance to come back to London, I hope to get her again!!

Great stress free way to get to Southampton! Driver was very nice, and offered to stop if we needed anything. Stonehenge was awesome but very crowded, and he didn’t rush us at all.

Cruise ship transfer

Great way to make our way to the cruise ship terminal. Pick up was from the front door of our accommodation. Great communication with driver. Ample time at Stonehenge and drop off was right at the terminal for the cruise ship. Recommend it

Late Pickup

Dispatch gave the driver the wrong address of the hotel which delayed our driver by 30 minutes. Communication between the driver and myself was excellent. This was how we determined she was given the wrong pickup address. The driver did her best to make up the time on our way to Stonehenge. The vehicle was clean and accommodated 4 adults, 4 large and four carryon luggage bags as well as 4 personal bags. In the end we arrived at the Southampton Cruise port in sufficient time to board our ship.

Misleading advertisement.

First of all the Advertisement was very misleading, showing all Mercedes vehicles. Instead for $477.50 the driver showed up dressed in jeans and sweatshirt driving a small 4 seater car that barely fit our 2 carry on bags and 2 backpacks. It was a terrible and very uncomfortable ride from London to Stonehenge and from Stonehenge to Southampton. ( 3 hrs). Not to mention the driver was receiving text messages about every 30-60 seconds. We use Viatour all the time all through Europe and Canada and never encountered a more disappointing experience. We do not recommend this to anyone.

We also offer a range of upgraded options, including Executive and Business MPV vehicles (such as Mercedes-Benz), for those seeking additional space and a more premium chauffeur-style experience. On this occasion, we provided a larger MPV vehicle at no additional cost, offering more space than the category originally reserved. Regarding the journey duration, the estimated travel time of around 3 hours refers to driving time without traffic. As clearly stated in the product description, this experience includes a 75-minute stop at Stonehenge, and the total duration of the trip can take up to approximately 4.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions on the day. We always aim to provide a reliable and comfortable service, and for clients who prefer a higher-end experience, our Executive and Luxury options include professionally presented chauffeurs and premium vehicles. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure expectations are as clear as possible for all our customers.
