Our driver Carlos was prompt to our hotel pick-up point and provided a comfortable ride to Stonehenge and then to our cruise terminal. The van was clean and Carlos went out of his way to enhance our journey. We would highly recommend this excursion and would request Carlos specifiacally.

I would highly recommend this for people looking for a transfer from London to Southampton with a Stonehenge stop. We had an 8:30 pick up from SoHo and it was plenty of time for exploring Stonehenge and getting to the cruise port before 1:00 pm. Numerous tour operators we contacted would not pick us up directly from our hotel, but we had no issues with hotel pick up. Our driver, Mario, was fantastic. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Stress-free option to transfer from our London hotel to our Southampton hotel prior to cruise departure. Our driver arrived promptly in an immaculate vehicle. He was pleasant, friendly and a very competent driver. The stop at Stonehenge was culturally awesome and convenient. He dropped us at the entrance with our tickets & waited patiently nearby until our return. We were so glad we dismissed any plans to take the train instead as we realize we would never have been to manage our (heavy) luggage on the stairs or on the basically commuter train—& we would have missed Stonehenge!

This was most definitely the way to go. Our driver, Joe, was about 10 minutes early, very helpful and knowledgeable about our trip to Southampton via Stonehenge. He was able to point out items of interest on the way to Stonehenge. As it turned out, we ended up being the first tram and first people of the day to get pictures. Great timing on Joe’s part. Then from Stonehenge to the ship, he continued to point out things for us to see that we would not have noticed. We were a group of 4 with 2 pieces of luggage each… all fit nicely in a very comfortable van. Can’t speak highly enough of this transfer to our cruise ship from London to Southampton via Stonehenge.

Had a nice time! Derm was our driver and he was very friendly and nice. He communicated with us when he ran into some traffic picking us up. Spent some time at Stonehenge and still made it to the cruise port on time.

Carlos was top notch…He confirmed and picked us up promptly at 8:00am. We stopped for breakfast before setting out to stonehenge and along the eay he pointed out important sites. We toured stonehenge for a few hours and when done texted carlos to meet us out front for pickup. He then suggested stoping at salisbury which was well worth it on the way to Southampton, the cathedral was beyond words. We arrived at southampton to board our cruise at 230 withnplenty of time to spare..

Great guide who went above and beyond to get us a view of Stonehenge due to our scheduled tour being disrupted by the protesters! Went by Windsor castle as a consolation; our driver was very knowledgeable about back roads and short cuts and had us at Southampton on time! Would recommend if you’re wanting a transport from London!

Slight mix up to begin the trip, the driver headed directly to Southampton after hotel pick up, until I mentioned something after checking google maps. Then we had to turn back towards Stonehenge which added an additional hour into the trip. After Stonehenge, we headed towards Southampton and the cruise port. I’d recommend this transfer as it’s door to door service, that’s the nice and convenient part!

driver was very prompt for pick up at hotel. Confirmed with driver that we would be visiting Stonehenge prior to going to Southampton. Driver proceeded to drive to Southampton, even when I questioned him when we failed to take the exit towards Salissbury. As we were taking the exit to the docks in Southampton, I was strongly questioned why we were heaving to to the docks when we were supposed to be going to Stonehenge. After a heated conversation with his office he reluctantly took us to Stonehenge, though he put the wrong address in and we by passed the visitors center.

Driver was courteous, the van was quite spacious and the tour to Stonehenge was a nice detour! The only thing I would add is that if you plan on walking to Stonehenge instead of taking a shuttle, then you should allow for more time.

This was the worst experience you can imagine and it makes me question if I will use Viator again. We paid for an executive experience where we would be picked up from the airport make a stop at Stone Hendge and then be dropped off at our cruise ship in Southampton. We believed it was a tour. Instead of us being treated well for the executive tour we purchased we were treated terribly. First off the driver was 40 minutes late we were the last people being picked up. The car was supposed to hold 3 to 5 people and the car that showed up could barely fit the 3 of us. My son traveled close to 2 hours with a suitcase on his lap. The driver had no intention of taking us to stone hendge because he was not given proper information. When I reached out to the company to say all that happened to us the driver became aggressive towards us yelling cursing and verbally abusing us. The company reached out to him to let him know we should be taken to stone hendge. The company took no responsibility for the unprofessional and discourteous way we were treated. The least of which was having us pay for an executive car and being crammed into a car. Since the car company didn’t care one bit that they cheated us for a tour we spent close to $1000 for we blame viator

We booked a transfer for 8, but the driver showed up expecting only 6, so the vehicle was too small for our group. They were able to find another van with available seats, so some from our party had to ride in the second van with strangers. So much for a private transfer.
Then our van got pulled over on the way to Stonehenge because the owner neglected to pay the taxes on the van. There was a 45 minute delay while they try to work that out.

Our driver was on time and very professional. A piece of advice about Stonehenge - when you arrive, you have to walk to the site or take a bus. We arrived at 10 am and the crowd was small. It still took about an hour and a half and when we returned, the lines were very long. We were thinking we would get out of the car, take a few pictures, and be on our way but not so. We left London at 8:00 am on a Saturday so there was very little traffic and it still took us 4 1/2 hours to reach the cruiseport. It was well worth the time to see this amazing place but it took much longer than we thought it would. This is not a negative review of the car service - just something we didn't know and thought we would pass along the info.

Great transfer from London to Southampton. We were able to switch from Stonehenge to Windsor Castle on the way since we had tickets to the Castle. Our driver, Carlos was wonderful and even took us to the Castle Farm for a look.

Leider war Stonehenge geschlossen zum Zeitpunkt der Ankunft und niemand hatte dies erwähnt. Wir erwarten eine entsprechende Rückerstattung der Eintritttickets etc.
