Roman was incredible. He communicated where he was and was very easy to meet up with. I love he grabbed my bags and took them to the car. The car was extremely clean. I would highly recommend Roman.

Ollie contacted me the day of departure to confirm pick-up. He was outside of the arrivals area at LHR with a sign. Seamless pickup. Very good driver. No hitches. Would definately use again.

The driver contacted me while I was waiting for luggage. He was very patient and professional. He made our transport to our cruise super easy!
Hakkim was our driver. He called me to advise the meeting point. The ride was good. The only complaint was the back facing seats. Now I know what to look for or request for future bookings.
Everything worked as hoped. We met our driver Roman at the airport. He was professional, friendly, informative and we were awed by his knowledge of hockey, including our home team. Highly recommend Roman!

Ride to destination was fine. Had to wait 45 minutes in Arrival for driver. Said he contacted us. Never got call. Had to call twice to let them know we were waiting for them.
Roman was very friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of information and we ended up canceling another transfer and switching to his private company.
