He greeted us at arrival gate with name card. I worried how to find meeting point but it was
so easy and driver there waited for us already that made us feel better after long sitting in the plane.
He was very helpful and nice. I'm sorry that I forget his name...
I recommend to anyone to visit London first-time...

A gentleman waited for us at the designated place and escorted us to the parking area for the car. We waited a few minutes and then the car arrived. It was a comfortable ride to the hotel. Driver was pleasant and safety conscious.
Our driver awesome! Super personable and easy to hold a conversation with. I’m usually uneasy conversing for long periods of time with strangers, but we had a great conversation for the entire hour plus journey. Really enjoyed all of the knowledge and information he shared on the drive. It was great to have such a stress-free introduction to the city right after landing.
Our driver was waiting inside the terminal with a sign with my name. He had called me before landing checking in. His professionalism, communication skills and vehicle were all excellent.

The plane was 1 hour late arriving at LHR from IAD.
The driver contacted me, we talked twice. He was extremely polite, helpful and considerate.
While our driver was lovely, a large reason we booked a private transfer was due to my mom’s limited mobility, I was a bit surprised to find the car was a significant walk past the taxi stand and required us to go to a short term parking garage. In hindsight, we should have stuck with a taxi, it would have required a lot less walking.
My driver was on time and ready to go. He had great communication in the airport and along the drive.
Unfortunately, the driver wasn’t waiting in the area past customs as agreed upon. He was actually in the parking lot with another couple. I had to call him in order to find him as he didn’t leave a message indicating any changes on his part. Instead of a private drive to the hotel, we had to share the trip with another couple who had problems with their own travel itinerary, irrespective of what we booked. This was a disappointing start to our vacation and trip to London.

The driver was waiting at the airport for us as soon as we retrieved our luggage. Driver helped with our luggage, very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable of the area and answer d our questions.

Our driver did not meet us inside the airport with a sign like we were told he would. We had to go up another level with our luggage and look for him. He was waiting in the parking lot with the Uber drivers, taxis, etc. He didn’t get out of car until we were at his car which made finding him difficult.
The whole reason we hired a private driver was to avoid dragging our luggage all over the place. If we knew we had to go to the uber lot, we would have just hired a Uber driver and saved a lot of money.

It was a smooth transition from airport to transportation..the driver was helpful, gave us information regarding famous sites...so we got a little tour.

When arriving in a foreign country, it can be a little nervous when you don’t know what you’re trying to do. This process was very simple and made our arrival and transportation to the hotel very predictable and safe. Driver was very kind, and we would do this again.
Not a good experience! I will definitely book a different provider. The two main reasons I prefer to get a private driver: (a) to have a car and driver ready when I am (that is, one waiting for me once I’ve gone through baggage claim and immigration — who wants to wait for a taxi or other driver after a redeye flight), and (b) predictability that you’ll get a decent car (unusual help with your bags).
None of these were satisfied. We ultimately had to wait approximately 30 minutes for our driver to show up. I was just minutes from bolting and getting a taxi instead when the driver finally showed up. (The process of getting the driver to ultimately show up was tedious. The provider contact kept giving me the runaround that “the driver was in the garage looking for a parking place“ and “they don’t like to have the driver show up too soon because parking in the garage is expensive!??? I’m sorry, isn’t that built into the premium I pay over a taxi rate??
Secondly, instead of getting a newer addition, Mercedes van or town car, we got an old white transport van that was scratched. Typically you get a small bottle of water with a good providers… None of that here. There are too many other options, I would go elsewhere.
In time, communicated about pickup, friendly. This pickup was professional and seamless. Knowledgable of the area.

Transfer was as expected. I did reach out to the tour operator since the driver was not waiting where I expected and never received a response. Thankfully the driver did show up.
