Be sure they have snap chat installed. Heathrow is huge and customs can be unpredictable so allow for extra time

Carlos' communication was good but he was late. Our flight did arrive an hour early but he should have been watching the flight time. He arrived with a sign stating my first and last name but I had specifically requested not to have my last name listed on the sign at the airport. This may not be because of him. Maybe Viator did not pass that information on to him. Then we had to walk a long way to the car. Even worse, we had to sit 40 minutes in this vehicle that wreaked of cigarette smoke. He did help with onebof our bads and gave us water. Lastly, he told us London was no longer safe for a few reasons and that a kid is stabbed once a week. Mind you I was traveling with 2 kids.

I had an excellent experience with this private transport company in London. Not great communication before the flight to ensure where to meet. Driver was not waiting with sign when we do arrive. Nor was he cheerful - no “hello” when we finally found him. They sent an uncomfortable large bus/van for two people. All in all just okay. Not a friendly welcome to London!

Poor to non English speaking driver provided.
Did not present himself at airport pickup as others did. I had to spend 15 minutes looking around for him when he was on site waiting for us. He did not step up to indicate he was there waiting.

Super convenient! The driver met us in our airline’s terminal with a sign that had the name on the reservation. Then it was just a short walk to their car before heading to our hotel. This service was worth it after traveling overnight; we were exhausted so it was nice to not have to think about anything.

My flight changed 4 days prior to departure. I updated the arrangement for transport to hotel to the new time. The updated info WAS NOT forwarded to the transportation/driver. I ended up having to pay twice for the transportation after 3 international calls and 4 hours of delay. I requested a refund from Viator because of the failure to relay update. Viator rejected the refund request.

We were split up in two vehicles. The four of us that had to split up was cramped up in the small vehicle where we had to hold our own luggage and was very uncomfortable. We were also dropped off at wrong location. Driver had already left and didnt make sure we were at right place where we had to sit and find a way to get back in touch with driver to come back and pick us up to take us to the right hotel location.

Seamless communication from start to finish. I was able to text the driver to let him know once we cleared customs and once we retrieved our luggage from baggage claim. Driver responded right away and told us he would be waiting for us in arrivals with a placard with our name. He was there as promised and the driver to central London was peaceful and comfortable.
