so easy and driver there waited for us already that made us feel better after long sitting in the plane.
He was very helpful and nice. I'm sorry that I forget his name...
I recommend to anyone to visit London first-time...

Not private professional driver. Just guy who calls Uber for you. Went to wrong hotel, did not correct. I called 2nd Uber to finish. Wife uses cane to walk and driver left us with a mile walk to proper hotel. Did not know was Uber until end of drive. He did not know who Viator was. Driver was told wrong hotel but would not correct and argued with us. Viator should remove this vendor as as professional driver service. Just some dude wearing jeans and t-shirt who calls Uber. Car was dirty, driver was aggressive near end of drive. Driver wearing t-shirt and jeans also. This was just not a professional driver service as advertised and they did not get us to our hotel.

Diego, our driver, was waiting for us when we arrived. He was very helpful with taking the bags to the car. He made us aware of how long it would take to get to our destination. Along the drive, he was very engaging. He pointed out landmarks and gave suggestions of places to visit. He is an excellent driver.

It was so nice to not worry about anything getting from the airport to the hotel! London traffic in central London is wild! Our original flight was delayed so we didn’t make our connector. I messaged them and they responded quickly (it was like 2AM London time for them). We had to wait a little for the driver but that is partly due to the quickness we got through the airport. The driver helped with my son’s luggage because he struggled getting it to the van. It was air conditioned and the ride was nice. We had to pay extra based on where our hotel was, but the extra payment process was super easy and safe. There was even the booster seat we requested for no additional charge. I would def recommend booking!! Thank you for making it a great experience after a long day flying!

Driver wasn’t waiting when we arrived. It two phone calls to link up. They tell you the meet point is a pharmacy that is no longer there. I think the driver was just late, even though he said he had been waiting there (he hadn’t). He wasn’t dressed like the professional drivers and he had our name on a iPhone that could only be read from a few feet away (when he wasn’t looking at his phone). Once we found the driver, the drive to our hotel in London was uneventful.

Driver late! No name card waiting for us! Was suppose to be 9 am pickup got to us by 10 am. Driver was rude & did not asssit with luggage. Driver texted while driving us! Take a cab or uber, don’t waste money on a service that isn’t there. Cabs are amazing in London! If I could leave zero stars I would. Oh & also no one was of any help during or after our experience. Booooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!

The driver was not at the airport waiting with a sign like I thought. I had to call the number twice and she finally came 25 minutes after we had our luggage. After a long flight from the states we were annoyed and wanted the driver there. Her car also had a cracked windshield which didn’t seem safe. My daughter wanted to just uber and I wish we would’ve. I’ve taken cars before all over Italy through Viator and they’ve always been so professional and picked us up in luxury cars so this maybe was just one bad experience I’m not sure? However I do not recommend.

Easy to find driver and he was nice and helpful. We had a family of 5 and a lot of luggage, so it was worth the cost for the ease of getting to our hotel.

Perfect except we weren’t met and had to call to find out where our driver was. He finally showed up after 15-20 minutes which seems like fire er after flying all night. I’m sure it was because of traffic but company could have updated us via a text or something so we knew he was on his way and we had not been forgotten. BTW traffic in London is horrendous, just be aware and add extra time to every journey

Considering the fact that we were being picked up from the airport and were dealing with flights that varied in on time arrivals, I wouldn’t recommend them at all. The company was inflexible. There was a glitch in the arrival time of one of the couples flights, and our driver couldn’t adjust. They ended up having to find and pay for other transportation. In addition, we had to haul our luggage to a car park instead of being picked up at the curb. We were exhausted from the experience.
Would not recommend them at all. Unfortunately, we still have another reservation with them in two weeks. Not looking forward to it.

Driver was late. Said she would be there in 5 minutes. According to her self admission on what's app, couldn't find the parking lot. Then she tried to rush us. Not good.
