Driver Details & Communication Your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Please contact us if you have not received these details. For the best experience, we strongly recommend providing a mobile number that is available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as many of our clients have found these channels to be the most reliable way to stay updated. The driver will keep in touch and confirm their exact arrival time. If you use WhatsApp or iMessage, you will receive live updates. Please ensure your phone is switched on to allow smooth coordination. If you encounter any issues, you can always reach the office or driver using the contact details provided. Meeting Points – Central London Please wait in the hotel lobby or outside the main entrance of your residence at the scheduled pick-up time. If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided. Pick-Up Time Coordination As this is a shuttle transfer service, we may occasionally make small adjustments to the originally selected pick-up time to coordinate multiple collections along the way and ensure an efficient route for everyone, if it’s the case. If an adjustment is required, you will be informed at least 24 hours in advance and provided with the updated schedule. Waiting Time Policy – Central London We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up. If passengers don’t show within 15 minutes, extended waiting fees will apply thereafter. Charges are applied per 15-minute slot, starting from £12.50 per slot. Payment may be made directly to the driver in cash or via secure payment link. To avoid delays and additional fees, we kindly ask passengers to be ready for collection at the confirmed time. No-Show: If after 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible. Luggage Assistance Your driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle. Assistance is provided for both loading and unloading to ensure a comfortable experience.

We specifically asked for a van because we were 4 people who are not small and driver showed up with a ford escort. 3 of my family members had to sit behind for a 2 hour drive.

For clarity, the assigned vehicle was a Citroën Grand C4 Picasso a licensed MPV (minivan) configured to comfortably accommodate up to 4 passengers with standard luggage allowance. It was not a Ford Escort. Please note that our company does not use Ford Escort vehicles for any of our transfers. The vehicle provided meets the specifications for this product category, as listed on Viator.
Additionally, as a courtesy, your booking—originally for a shared shuttle service—was upgraded free of charge to a private transfer, ensuring that your party travelled exclusively without sharing the vehicle with other passengers.
We acknowledge that comfort expectations can vary, particularly when passengers prefer additional personal space. We are always able to allocate a larger vehicle (such as a Mercedes V-Class or Large MPV) upon request, and many guests choose to upgrade for extra room. This option remains available at the time of booking or prior to travel, subject to a small supplement.

Driver was great, but you need to advertise that is is NOT a private shuttle for that expensive price. We were surprised that another couple was already in the car. Very Crowded!!☹️

We thought this would be a private transfer and were crammed into a small car with another couple and luggage piled high. Yet, I give it 4 because the driver was a very good and cautious driver and we got to the port on time during very rainy weather.

I requested a private ride for $280. When the vehicle showed up there were two other people already in the vehicle. The driver had a difficult time putting all the luggage in the vehicle. We had to hold some of our luggage on our laps. To me a private car means it is private when you are the only passengers in your part in the vehicle. I found out I could have hired an Uber XL for the same price.

We would like to kindly clarify that the product you booked is advertised as a “shuttle service”, which means that the ride may be shared with other passengers (typically up to 2–4 people).
In terms of luggage allowance, we do mention that each passenger is entitled to bring 1 large suitcase, 1 carry-on, and 1 personal item. In this instance, additional equipment such as a wheelchair understandably reduced the available space inside the vehicle.
Regarding pricing, we acknowledge that other companies may charge differently. However, we take pride in offering a reliable service with punctuality, clean and comfortable vehicles, licensed and authorised drivers, and a high level of customer care—which are values we consistently maintain.

Booking and communication with Viator was great. The pick up spot in front of of our hotel was closed do to a parade but the driver walked to us and directed us to the car. But once in the car it was very dirty. We had a 2 1/2 hour drive and our driver was texting and watching videos on his phone he seemed upset when we asked him not to be on his phone while he drove

My husband accidentally left his cell phone in the vehicle, panic set in, and she actually called us to let us know she had it & met us back at the port to retrieve it! Saved by our driver!!
