Enter the Arrivals Hall after customs and immigration, look for a representative with a blue Airport Transfers sign who will meet you next to the designated meeting points in each terminal. Dependant on live immigration, customs and baggage clearance times you will be met 60 minutes after landing. After meeting your driver you may have to wait a short while to depart. Meeting Points for Heathrow airport: Terminal 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith / Terminal 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

Great experience with the driver waiting for us at arrivals hall. Bit of a trip into town during peak hour but we were in a very comfortable car.
Extraordinarily friendly driver (Ahmed) made every effort to be a good host who drove us to our hotel quickly and safely.
When exiting the Immigration/Customs area, I went to look for Costa Coffee as that was the meeting spot for Terminal 5. I walked up and down the building and didn’t find the Costa Coffee. Luckily I received a call that my driver was looking for me and got connected with my driver. The meeting spot for Terminal 5 at LHR is now Pret A Manger (please change meeting spot location on form). My driver, Mr. Fernandes located me, welcomed me to London and let me know we would be departing in a few minutes. The vehicle was located close to the terminal which was great. On the commute to King’s Cross, Mr. Fernandes gave me many ideas and recommendations on what to do and make the most of my visit which was very appreciated. 5 star service by my driver and a positive representative of this transport company. Thank you, Mr. Fernandes!
We received a message from driver after we collected our luggage to wait by WS Smith and he would be there in about 5-10 minutes, he was on time and we headed to his vehicle. We had no issues.
Couldn't locate the driver was charged an extra £30 when the driver did arrive. I finally got in contact with the company driver was 1 hour 30 mins late

Our driver was there with a blue placard with our name on it and drove us to our hotel destination. Zero conversation. 100% accuracy.
The meeting point is right outside baggage claim. Our plane was delayed by 4 hours; they were aware and maintained communication.

My flight was a little delayed, so I received a call to let me know that the driver was waiting for me, and his location. The driver was helpful, friendly, and concerned about me: asked if he was walking too fast, okay if he opened the window, etc.

Hi.
We have tried to contact you multiple times on the number you have provided on your booking but it was always going to the automated voice messaging system. We also did not receive any call or message via the viator panel requesting assistance to locate the driver so the driver was released 90 minutes after the flight landing with other passengers and you were flagged as a no show.
Allow plenty of time for your journey to and from the airport; the traffic is usually bad. Especially important when you’re going to the airport to meet a flight.
It was very easy to find the shuttle. The driver called us when we were in baggage claim and we found him right away. But we were staying at the Park Plaza Riverbank and he dropped us at a different Park Plaza. We did not realize it until we got out of the car and then had to walk for 20 minutes in the pouring rain to the other hotel. So that was a bummer. But I would still recommend this service.
Driver met us in the terminal with identifying sign. He contacted us by cellphone to tell us the meeting location. Was friendly and helpful.
Our experience was great! We thought we would be sharing, however, we were two in a sedan. I was concerned as our bags took an unusually long time, but our driver was waiting for us. Not being familiar with Heathrow, I also was concerned of the location of the meeting place. The meeting place, Costa Coffee, is located almost at the exit of Terminal 5. You will find it easily after you claim your bags and exit the terminal, just before you go outside. It is a large venue.
Thought I would have to share the ride. But I was the only passenger. Driver was not talkative but seemed like he took me on a scenic tour of London.

no clear instructions on where to meet our driver we waited in the airport, tried to send a message to the tour operator but received an automated reply that they have 48 hours to reply, and finally just got a taxi to our hotel
Cuts arrival to the pier very close to final boarding. If this makes you anxious, consider doing it the day before your cruise and booking a one night stay closer to the port.
The driver was great. Very patient with both the traffic and dealing with issues. I wouldn’t book this service again as we had to wait over 30 minutes while the other party dealt with their booking issues and another 49 minutes getting out of the traffic near their hotel. It took us 5 hours from landing to get to our hotel.

We arrived at Heathrow after flying for 27 hours from NZ & the booked transfer driver didn’t reply when I said hello & refused to take us saying that we had an extra bag.
The boss told my husband that I could travel with the luggage & my husband could make his own way to our booked London accommodation.
This was unacceptable given that we already did not trust this driver & were unhappy with his attitude.
And the final straw was they told us we couldn’t have a refund & we then had to pay for a black cab trip to our hotel.
We were greeted right outside of customs and got in our minivan and was driven to the hotel. We were ridesharing with another couple from another agency so there was a tiny bit of confusion but they found us.
Made transport from Heathrow to London super easy. Driver met us at Arrivals and dropped us straight at the hotel.
