Passengers MUST reconfirm their pickup time 48 hours before departure on the webportal provided on your ticket. A 30-minute time window will be given to the client for the pick-up. Passengers need to be checked out and waiting by the concierge desk in their hotel lobby at the beginning of their pickup window. Please be aware that your driver will wait for 5 minutes before departing, at this point the transfer will be declared a no show. When picking up from private addresses your driver will ring the buzzer or a contact number whichever is required.

- Children: All infants & children are charged as full fare paying passengers. Should infants/children require a special car seat, this is payable direct to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey and must be requested in advance. Please note that the above may not be available in all areas at all times. Should a car seat not be available on the date of service, infants can still travel as per UK laws.
- Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.

Driver arrived and we reached the airport in good time for our flight. Driver was courteous and vehicle comfortable. Would have appreciated more pick up information from tour operator. Ie type of vehicle to look for, driver info. Better communications in the event driver delayed.

I had to call viator to find out what time they would be picking us up at the hotel to take us to the hotel.
The driver was spot on and came on time for us. He was very courteous and professional and greeted us by our names.
The journey to Gatwick was uneventful and we arrived there on time. The driver showed us exactly where we should go to get into the terminal.
We could not ask for a better driver. He took us to our destination safely and timely.

The driver was late and smelled terrible of body odor! We asked to have the windows down the entire way. Then he asked me for money for my one extra bag and there were no other passengers but the two of us. Horrible, over priced DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND, use Uber XL it’s cheaper and better service. I called VIATOR to complain and their response was “so sorry that was your experience, hopefully this never happens again” Thanks for nothing VIATOR!

Our driver came at the allocated time and took our cases from us and put them into the boot. He then showed us to our seats in the back and drove us to Heathrow with no problems what so ever so would use again in a heartbeat

Our driver was great, but the vehicle was too small. Ended up paying 40£ to make it a private car. When we confirmed we informed them that one client was disabled and used a walker. Had one large and one carry on suitcase. Stopped to pickup additional passengers and they had extra luggage and were extra large themselves. Would have arranged private car from the beginning if had realized.

I booked a transfer to Gatwick due to teh national train strike.
Shortly after I booked this service, I recived a notificaiton from the provider so say that they could not fulfill the service which had been booked - it was a prompt reply from them but it made me wonder what the value of the Viator site was if the services will not be honoured by the service providers.
Luckily I was checking my emails and noticed their response and I was able to find an alternate service - which I booked directly through their website instead of Viator.

Our shuttle driver arrived a few minutes early, as we were making our way to the hotel lobby. He called to say he was there, then helped us get our bags in the car. He got us to Heathrow safely and in the expected amount of time.
