Enter the Arrivals Hall after customs and immigration, look for a representative with a Blue Airport Transfers sign with your name on it who will meet you next to the designated meeting points in each terminal. For FIT and groups, Dependent on the state of immigration, customs and baggage clearance times you will be met 45-60 minutes after landing. Meeting Points for Heathrow airport: Terminal 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith / Terminal 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee. Representatives in Heathrow airports will be wearing blue jackets. Meeting Points for Gatwick/Luton/Stansted airports: All terminals: In front of Costa Coffee. Meeting Points for London City airport: Arrivals Hall.

- When arriving into London on an overnight flight, please ensure you book for the date you land

- Children: All infants & children are charged as full fare paying passengers. Should infants/children require a special car seat, this is payable direct to driver at an additional GBP10 per journey and must be requested in advance. Please note that the above may not be available in all areas at all times. Should a car seat not be available on the date of service, infants can still travel as per UK laws.
- Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.
- IMPORTANT: Transfers are held until 90 minutes from your actual flight arrival time.

One of the problems was that when we couldn't locate our ride in Heathrow after we arrived a call to the company said that the driver was in the car park and would be inside in 10 minutes. In fact, he had been standing inside for the last half hour and wasn't terribly visible. He wasn't in front of WHSmith, but off to one side. The other problem was he drove his own car, a very nice Mercedes, and sitting in the back seat my knees were up to my chin (there was insufficient leg room) and it took an hour and a half to reach our hotel at Victoria Station (a lot of traffic), and I was in agony most of the time. The driver was good, but we had expected a larger car.

Booked two trips from Heathrow to hotel and both canceled. If you cannot do the transit then do not book the trip. We found out when we landed we did not have a driver. I am loyal to Viator and will use again but this was super upsetting.

Amazing driver, we had a little confusion on where to meet our driver but we received an immediate reply with info and where to go. We needed to get our day 2 covid test and it recently moved outside of the Airport. The driver helped confirming location. we made a quick stop to get our test then onto the hotel. This experience and helpfulness started our holiday in a great way.

Service advertised was not the service provided. I chose this service out of all the others because the add advised you would be provided with bottles of water, news papers, and wipes, these were not provided. Surprised that the level of service delivered was not the service advertised.

Waited for us although our flight was delayed by a couple hours. MAJOR traffic in the area getting to our hotel, what is usually a 35-40 min drive was 1.5 hours! Ugh, major car sickness due to the stop go but driver was nice.

My flights got cancelled and shuffled around, but one call and it was sorted. The office staff are incredibly helpful and take any stress out of it. As to the driver, lovely chap but forgot where he parked car and no water or paper not that it was a big deal.

Our driver was very nice however he told us that he ran out of time so was only able to get us water and not a paper. Also, traffic was quite heavy and he didn't realize that an exit that he needed to take was closed so we had to make a detour. It took us 2 hours to get to our hotel from the airport.

We were met easily by a driver with a van. Plenty of space for passengers and luggage! Our flight arrived late, so we were tight for stopping at the hotel and getting to our first tour. Our driver was kind enough to drop us at our tour and then take our luggage and drop it at our hotel. Service above and beyond!!

Usually like Viator. This time driver picked us up at London Heathrow and dropped us off at Savoy Hotel. The problem was, he dropped us off at the BACK door!
We had to walk with the luggage, up the back alley to the front door! Pretty sure he knew it was the back door, to lazy to go to front door!

On time, car very comfortable (Mercedes). Only problem (not his fault) there was a marathon and the streets around our hotel were closed to traffic so he could not get in. Even though he made every effort with the officials working in the area to let us through, we had to walk to our hotel.

Quite disappointed with the whole experience. Car was very ordinary, and driver did not say one word to us from when we got into the car until we got to London (1 hour driving and not one word to us...). All he did was put local radio station on to listen to, and that was it. So glad we did not book this transport for our return to the airport.

When we arrived there was no one waiting for us. After waiting for a half hour we called and they said they would send someone. 45 mins later we got a surley man who hated London. Had nothing good to say about London. No water, NO newspaper, NO damp clothes, as stated in the description. Big rip off.After 12 hours flying this is the last hassle we wanted or expected for $125. DO NOT USE THIS TRANSFER. RUINED OUR ENTIRE DAY.
