- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 hand bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Waiting time restrictions: on arrival flights from Europe the driver will wait maximum 60 minutes from the moment the flight has landed. On arrival flights from outside Europe the driver will wait maximum 90 minutes from the moment the flight has landed.

It's always nice to now when one travels to a new place that you have no worries. After retrieving my luggage I went to arrival pickup. My ride was just a phone call away. I was not sure where to look but after a phone call my driver phoned me right back and told me where to go. There he was waiting for me. A very polite man. Took my luggage and escorted me to the car. Many thanks for your services.

We had airport assistance as one person needed help. As a result of being last off plane we were late getting through customs and collecting our bags. Our driver Sabrina was great, messaged us to say where to meet and waited for us to get there. Helpful with pushing the wheelchair. Highly impressed with service. Excellent driver too.

I booked the transfers for my group of 45 passengers.
My tour leader had a hard time finding the person that was
suppose to meet tyhem. She looked for her name( Erlinda Sanchez)
where the meeting plase wqas but did not find anyone,
She asked help from a security guide at the airport to find their
transfer ride., The instruction of where to find the driver was
not clear so they waited until Erlinda found the ride.
It was not a good experience for the group.

Our flight was 2 hours late - so I guess it was understandable there was no one there to meet us - but it was frustrating to pay for a ride we couldn’t take and then pay for a taxi. We would never do it again - the little bit you save to book ahead is it worth the double cost when your flight is delayed - which happens all the time now. (The same thing happened to the rest of our party who came the day before!)

Our driver was great. He told us about the areas we drove through. He shared personal information. The drive was over an hour but felt a lot less. The car was clean and driver was clean cut and dressed very nice. He took pride in his job.

This was a simple hassle free way to get from airport to hotel in London city. Hardest part was finding my driver after collecting luggage. A little more direction about meet point - to the far right after exiting luggage claim - would have been helpful. Once we found Mario, it could not have been easier!

Our driver was incredibly helpful getting us and our luggage to the car and on to our hotel. As this was our first visit to London he took time to point out landmarks on the trip to our hotel. He was especially accommodating and helpful with som mobility issues we have.

Our driver gave us excellent service and took an interest in this being our first time in London. Suggested sights to see and one we shouldn't spend a lot of time on. I wish there was a way to tip through the app. It's difficult to do when coming in from another country.

Shocking
DO NOT use them. We booked an airport transfer with them. Our luggage was delayed but we were in communication with their driver, we were told that we would have to pay an additional £40 which we reluctantly agreed to. We asked the driver to wait. ten minutes later we are in the arrival hall …. No driver, no response to phone calls to either him or the emergency numbers … left stranded. Contacted Viator ….. driver said we told him to go, meantime I have the WhatsApp conversation that the driver read, asking him to wait. Disgusting service and an awful introduction to London.

We were very happy with our transport from the Heathrow Airport to our hotel in Central London. Our driver, Daniel, was very knowledgeable of the area. He pointed out several key or historical buildings during the drive. We traveled with 6 adults and our luggage and the vehicle was able to accommodate us comfortably. I would use the service again when in London.
