The Jack the Ripper tour was very interesting. I really enjoyed the stories of the people involved and seeing where they lived. It did give the history of what happened new life to me. My heart definitely goes out to the victims.

Lots of facts and theories about The Ripper and life in Victorian London. Walking in the dark added to the experience when trying to imagine life back then.
Alena_M, Jan 2026
Jed was an amazing guide, very respectful towards the victims and their deaths and was very knowledgeable about the area and topic.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the Jack the Ripper tour. Our guide Constantine was very informative and passionate about the details and history. We would highly recommend.
Michael_W, Nov 2025
It was very interesting . Thorough and informative .
The guide was enthusiastic and knew his subject
The streets were spooky and dark, so one could imagine being there in 1888.

This tour has great reviews and my friends had raved about it, but this was one of the most unengaging tours I've been on. Unfortunately, our guide didn't really have the 'story-telling' ability. He focused purely on dates and names and details (to excess), but he didn't really discuss the lore, the theories, cultural landscape, police response, etc. He didn't seem to really like questions and didn't have a read on the crowd (asked us zero questions, no engagement on where we are from like most guides). It felt like this job is for him to have a platform to talk at people rather than educate. Three people dropped from the tour (including 1 of my friends). The guide (Chris) didn't really have a handle on the timing either - people were checking their watches as we were overtime and not near the end yet. My friends and I ended up sharing information after the fact and learned more.

It was very interesting Chris pitched it all just right and created the atmosphere as we walked around and learned the stories of victims and associated history of the area. Fascinating.
Would be nice to have a drink after and meet other folks on tour, perhaps in the 10 Bells pub! You could include as additional to tour?

We had a well-informed tour guide named Jericho (I think). The group was a fine size, not too big.
Her presented several "theories" about the murderer.

Rory was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable, and gave us loads of random facts and general history. Thank you
Andrew_T, Sep 2025
Was a lot of fun. Great history lesson and nice way to see old parts of London. Very interesting hearing about theories of a guy never caught.
Richenda_B, Jul 2025
Rory was quite informative and intelligent. We learned a lot more about Jack the Ripper than we expected.

Don't trust this tour company. Completely dropped the ball. No reply to messages.....offered another tour tomorrow...with a broken web link
Rebecca_u, Jun 2025
Jericho was a great guide. Very interesting tour on the east side learning about one of the city’s darkest stories.
Nicola_D, Jun 2025
Really informative tour. Rory knows his stuff. Smaller groups than other similar tours we saw, which made it much better. Great way to see this part of London too. Tour would be even better if you did it in winter darkness, for added atmosphere and authenticity!

Great guy and great storyteller. Very respectful of the women of the story. On time and on point. So happy to have chosen this tour.
Amy_H, Apr 2025
It was interesting and Rory was a wonderful guide. But so much has changed that it is difficult to visualize. Also the area is somewhat rough as we witnessed a group beating and chasing a man during the tour.
Mark_c, Nov 2024
Great guide and learnt loads from him brilliant experience
Good to here about the victims and accused, it's a shame there isn't bits you can see from how it would of actually looked like
MICHAEL_T, Nov 2024
Constantine our guide was just full of facts. Friendly, knowledgeable with many illustrations as well.
Just a great guide. Highly recommend!
Samuel_K, Nov 2024
Ian gave an amazing tour and was knowledgeable about all of the victims and surrounding events. I also loved how he took time to set the scene of London at that time. He was personable and very funny. I also enjoyed that we had a small group of only 4 people. I would 100% recommend this tour.
Gemma_E, Oct 2024
The tour guide was very informative and has obviously spent a lot of time researching Jack the Ripper
Laurel_T, Sep 2024
We went where instructed and no one showed up!
The walk never happened-a scam!
We were two old Ladies at night alone because no one showed up for this supposed experience.
victoria_h, Sep 2024
Standing at the sites of the murders
was interesting: Though of course the city has now built up around the areas
Couldn’t stay till the end, but tour was a little slow moving
Some details could probably be dropped or condensed
Alysia_B, Sep 2024
Rory was a plethora of Jack the Ripper information, we really enjoyed walking the streets Whitechapel listening to the tales of the murders. 3 sites were visited as the other 2 were too far to walk to.
Minkyung_K, Sep 2024
We had a great learning experience with Rory (sorry if spelling is wrong) it was a 2 hour time travel back to 1880s. Guide was very knowledgeable and explained well about London history as well as Jack the Ripper. I knew why people called him Jack “the ripper” and use the word “hang over”
Evan_P, Sep 2024
I didn’t really know much about the history of Jack the Ripper. Our tour guide Rory was great! He went through the history of the area at the time, the timeline of the murders and the suspects. It’s definitely made me more excited to do my own research.
Jeff_B, Jul 2024
Fascinating storytelling by our guide, Rory. Very informative. The pace of the tour was fine, just wish it started later as I think nighttime would give the tour a better feel as to what it would have been like in 1888.
Sophie_G, Jul 2024
Our guide Rory was very knowledgeable. He made everything extremely interesting and the time flew by! Would highly recommend to anyone.
Michelle_L, Jul 2024
All the information that our guide shared. It was very educational and left you feeling in ah! It made me want to learn more about the event.
deborah_w, Jul 2024
Rory did a great job. He was informative and entertaining. We enjoyed the tour even in the pouring rain
Shahnaz_Q, Jul 2024
As someone who has been interested and researched Jack the Ripper for years this tour was amazing! It was well thought out and explained, including interpretations and information that are not generally known. Despite many of the areas in which the events have occcured being rebuilt, we were taken to these spots and given photos and background that gave context. Chris managed to give a full experience despite this being a 2 hour tour and had extensive knowledge about the victims and multiple suspects that brought things to life
