Our kids knew more about Harry Potter than our tour guide. Also, we had to spend 60 pounds for trains. Would have been nice to know in advance or had it included in the price. Tour guide barely spoke about HP in between stops. Also, to top it off he concluded our tour at the Bourough Markets 5 min after arriving. Didn't tell or show us anything about the market or Tower Bridge. Avoid!

Outstanding Performance, the tour guide was wonderful. He showed us almost every single thing Harry Potter related around London, as well as other interesting places. The idea of Harry Potter excites both me and my kid, and having this tour was a very wonderful experience. We hope to come to this experience again, especially with the same tour guide

Had a fabulous time! Our guide Mary was an absolute joy. This was an incredible experience for any Harry Potter fan, and for those who are maybe less so but tagging along as you see all the sights of London. Highly recommend Mary, she was fun, bubbly and gave us a great day.

Mike was a great tour guide. He kept our kids engaged, answered all their questions and pointed out Harry Potter and some London history as well.
My only recommendation is go early to do your picture at the 9 3/4 prop if you want so you don’t have to loop back to the station. We didn’t have time to go back so it leaves something on the list for us going forward :)

Our guide, Ben, threw in a significant amount of history as we walked. My children loved the Harry Potter film sites, but we also learned so much about London. I would definitely recommend a private tour because of the ease in asking questions!! Ben made it really fun.

Mike was great! Very knowledgeable and kept the walking tour interesting, and interactive. Initially, we didn't realize we booked a private tour but overall it was very fun discovering all the secrets that went into the making of Harry Potter.

Our tour guide was great, nothing bad to say about her. Too expensive of a tour for just walking, no entrances into anything, and had to pay for the underground rides ourselves. That should have been included. You are better off finding these places on your own.

Hello, sadly I think you misunderstand how private tours work. Our public groups can be up to 15 people so you have to cover the cost of a fully booked tour to take a private tour with our amazing guides which gives you an intimate and personalised journey around London. We do state in the tour description that we take the underground, that tickets aren't included and a detailed plan of how to obtain tickets. We are so glad you enjoyed the tour itself with our guide but again in the tour description it does not state we go inside anywhere as it is a sight seeing tour of Londons iconic landmarks and Harry Potter filming locations.

Ben, our tour guide, was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, experienced, humorous, kind and humble. Our family of 4 was the only 4 in the small group tour which made it pleasant and personable. We enjoyed the Harry Potter insight along with a bit of English history thrown in here & there. This was a Christmas experience gift for my 3 grown boys who are Harry Potter fans, we are visiting from America. If given the chance I would definitely book this tour again. Mike was absolutely amazing! He’s friendly, knowledgeable and made tour such a fantastic experience.He's not only a huge Harry Potter fan with a lot of Harry Potter knowledge, but he very knowledgeable about the history of the area. We had tickets to The Cursed Child immediately following our tour with Mike, and were worried we wouldn’t make it in time. Mike was super accommodating and rearranged our route to end at the Cursed Child. Such an amazing day! Mike absolutely made our day! 10 out of 10 recommend!

This tour was truly wonderful! Our tour guide Michael was very knowledgeable about the Harry Potter films, came prepared with photos to show the filming in various areas, was excellent at navigating us throughout the city, and also patiently answered all my 10 year old daughter’s questions - from everything Harry Potter to why the traffic signals work the way they do. I found it wonderful to see the places that inspired the books and locations where filming took place, and also to get a great overview of the beautiful city itself. I highly recommend this tour for all Harry Potter fans.

Please read the disruption of this tour carefully before booking and do not turn up thinking we are taking you to the studios. We very sadly cannot refund in this instance as we would have already hired a private guide to take you around London by this time.
We apologise for any confusion but there are many Harry Potter related experiences in London including ours which are greatly enjoyed by thousands of our guests every year.

We had the private tour with Elena.
She came, dressed as a slytherin character which looked really good.
She also had a gryffindor cloak with herself and lend it to my daughter for the duration of the tour. This made the experience much more authentic for our 11 year old daughter.
Elena was very friendly and showed us around the Harry Potter various movies locations in London. We enjoyed our tour with her a lot.
